Loved the location, but our apartment was dirty. Numerous items that would be choking hazards for my 9mth old were found on the floor (ie; a grape and a pill). Carpet repulsive also - my son's knees blacker than the ace of spades after crawling around. Our neighbouring apartment enjoyed smoking like chimneys, however it wafted to our side due...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As I have previously explained to you I am the grandfather of 7 children and can understand your concerns in relations to objects on the floor. i have taken the matter up with the housekeeping staff and have implemented systems to avoid this re occurring. Just right across the road from Flynns Beach , this self contained apartment is absolutely beautiful , with its tropical settings. If you are in the are you need to stay here, very clean and tidy apartments, with tea & coffee facilities. Make sure you book ahead in school holidays as it books out quiet quickly. There is Pizza near...

It is a great spot to stay lovely clean facilities and nice size units. The staff were friendly and very helpful but not invasive. Its next to the shop which was very handy for holiday beverages or grocery items. The beach is just across the road and there is eateries near by and a chemist. Would definitely stay there again,...

Wow - First time to Port Macquarie and we enjoyed every moment spent at Beaches. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The pool perfect! Underground secure carpark as well. The location was faultless, Flynns Beach across the road, Medical Centre, Cafes, Chemist and Convenience store next door. Bus stop out the front to take you to the town centre. Will...

My stay was booked by my work so I had no input on selection however I was impressed with this resort. Kids enjoyed the onsite pool while hubby and I relaxed in deck chairs. The rooms were really big, plenty of space for all the family. Fully equipped kitchen. Stunning, quiet beach across the street. Bottlo next door, restaurant and...

This should be your first pick in Port Macquarie. My family of 4 could spread out in the spacious apartment. The kitchenette had everything needed to prepare our own meals and the two eating areas ( inside and out) caused a pleasant dilemma on where to eat. The pool and handy access to Flynn's Beach also proved very handy. We...

Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Shower nice and hot, kitchen great for cooking with a large family. Would stay again if we travel through that way. We stayed oh the third floor which was overlooking the pool, you will get exercise walking up the stairs :)

We have stayed here many times before, with young kids and later with teens and now either on our own or with friends. It is a great home away from home. Always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and very helpful- even ringing us when we had left a book behind within 20 mins of our leaving. The location...

We have stayed at many places in Port Macquarie over the last 10 years, but this was our first time at Beaches. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. After a day out and about, it was lovely to return to the apartment and rest up in the recliners before heading out to dinner. The kitchen has everything you...
