I know there has been a water shortage in Broken Hill but the woodchip is a bit overdone. This park is very busy and has a chronic shortage of clothes lines. The main shower and toilet block is a bit dour and while we were there was closed for cleaning for well into the afternoon. Free wifi was available but...

We recently visited Broken Hill for a reunion of 29 people. The owners had arranged most of the activities for the weekend. At dinner on the first night the Tourist Park owner came and provided details of what had been arranged for the weekend. Whilst we did not stay at the Broken Hill Tourist Park the owners and staff made...

We camped in tent overnight. Good location on main road through town but lots of highway noise during the night. Facilities were good. Camp kitchen well appointed. Pine bark on ground was nice change instead of dirt.

We were part of a group of 29 from all over Australia for a reunion. Most stayed in a variety of accommodation including cabins, associated Motel to van site. All were well equipped, clean & comfortable Management & all staff went far & beyond our expectations to ensure we all enjoyed our stay. Some of our group arrived a day...

Overall we were disappointed. The campers around us labelled it Sardine Park which was an apt description. We were in a camper van and our site was just big enough. Others in vans had even more problems fitting in and some had no room to open their annex. All neighbours were very close. The trucks were noisy during the night...

We were put in a good quiet site at the back of the park on pleasant smelling bark chip. The sites are quite small in general, and we were glad we were not in the open areas in the centre of the park which looked very bare. Staff were friendly. The small toilet block near us was fairly basic.

Stayed on an un-powered site (last one left) Easter Thursday, yes packed in like sardines but glad to have secured a spot. We had a swag for one night next to the amenities. Bark chip base for the site, clean amenities. We arrived in the dark and left early morning so not sure what else they had to offer. The...

We stayed at this park for four days after our caravan broke a spring and had to be repaired before we could continue our journey. The staff found us a pet friendly cabin in which to stay and I must say it was a very nice experience. The cabins are very well set up and most comfortable. A pleasure to...

This was our second stay here and was as good as the first. SMS messages from the management inviting us to Country music afternoon and another for cheese and biscuits around the pool area. Sites are good and are wood chipped (freshened up regularly) making them great to walk around. We had an ensuite site, the ensuite's are a reasonable...
