Room was outdated, mould on the curtains, stained curtains, mould in the shower, carpets filthy, poor wifi. Poor shower facilities. Poor heating. Noisy tour groups also staying here. Would not recommend.

The hotel has a very 60's feel to it. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was adequate. There seem to be a lot of tour groups here with people arriving all the time. We ate in the restaurant the first night but would not recommend it as it was full of a noisy tour group and they...

The staff here are great, unfortunately, the rooms are not. Our room was dated, dark and dingy. The blankets were covered in dubious stains, the carpet was very dirty, bathroom floors were sticky, toilet seat wobbly. Hideous dirty looking rubber bathmat,no plugs in sinks. The TV was so uneven and wobbly we had to put a mug under it to...

Hotel prioritises Chinese bus tours and puts others on a secondary level. Very noisy. Buses arrive and leave at all hours so don't expect a restful stay. Rooms are tired as are the common areas. Best aspect? Restaurant staff are excellent especially paulo.

We had two nights here which was lucky because a good portion of our first night was spent unable to get into our room because the lock had broken. The absolutely lovely girl on reception did her best and recommended we go on the Glow-worm tour, which we did and which was well worth it. She also offered us free...

We stayed here for two nights over Easter weekend. We were staying in the detached double level units to the rear of the property. We have travelled extensively and I'd have to say that this is one of the most tired looking facilities we've stayed out - don't get me wrong, we booked the cheapest place available. You could literally...

Our room was at the back of the hotel and was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was good value for money and the italian head waiter was a delightful person .

First the bad: WiFi was practically non-existent and they do not have enough on-site parking to accommodate all of their guests. Some context: Its a very isolated town so the lack of WiFi is understandable. There's street parking near the hotel but you may end up walking a bit since the closer ones get taken quick. Overall, it was a...

On arrival we were upgraded to a Superior room from a Standard. The Superior room was kn the second floor with no lift and overlooked the car park/gardens. Not good when the coaches left at 7.30am. This was one of the few hotels that we booked included breakfast. We ate alone

Our room was on the first floor, unfortunately there is no lift available but the receptionist immediately offered to carry our luggage to the room. The room looked like it was lately renovated, it was clean and tidy. The duty manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
