My husband and I have just returned home from a wonderful trip to Stewart Island. Our accommodation was perfect for our needs - a delightful Bach, nestled among the bush but still close to the little township. The cottage has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We loved the fire, the beautiful linen and the fresh flowers on...

I stayed three nights in this well appointed and cosy residence that had everything I needed. Pip was very kind and gave me a personal tour of Oban and freely shared her extensive local knowledge. The jeep that comes with the property is a real asset and enabled me to get to the start of walks more easily and extend...

We absolutely loved our stay at Turner Cottage! From start to finish, the service was amazing - Pip was very responsive in communicating before we arrived, and picked us up from the 'airport' to take us to our beautiful cottage nestled in the bush! She made us feel welcome & gave us plenty of information and advice about things to...

I went to Stewart Island with my partner simply to take time out from the intensity and stress of Sydney life. It was everything I was hoping for. Set back from the main road behind trees and ferns it offered total privacy and peace and quiet. The condition and amenity were fantastic. Not only were all the basics covered, it...

Thanks to Pippa and Ian for the flexibility to stay at this cottage. I stayed 3 of 5 nights at the cottage and was able to store my excess baggage while hiking the tracks. Pick up and drop off from ferry. Very clean and modern with all the details of a well thought out rental property. Nice kitchen, laundry and...

After spending five months in the hour Middle East, Turner Cottage was the much needed getaway we needed, and deserved . Pip greeted us at the ferry, delivered us to the cottage to show us it's ins and outs, and the island's, before leaving us so we could enjoy the solitude. Turner Cottage was just a five minute walk to...

We had a fantastic stay in Turner cottage on Stewart Island. Our only regret is we could not stay longer! We stayed in the B&B room at Pip & Ian's home. They were the best hosts during our month long trip to NZ. Pip has an artist's eye which is evidenced in every corner and garden spot on their property. We felt like we were home except when we basked at the view. They made it possible for us to...
