We had three nights in Queenstown at the Queenstown Park Hotel and weren’t disappointed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, a cooked breakfast was included plus drinks and canapés nightly. This was a great way to meet other guests therefore no awkwardness experienced! Our room was ground floor with a private courtyard, we had great weather so enjoyed this feature. Our room was large enough for a living area which we appreciated and it was only a 5 mins walk to town. Would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend.

Hotel's Favorite
My girlfriend (now fiance) and I have travelled the world and stayed at numerous hotels. This hotel and especially the staff really set this hotel apart from any experience we've ever had on any travels we've had to date. They set the new gold standard for what we consider service excellence. First, the hotel - it is very situated, located within easy walking distance of downtown Queenstown - tis literally 5min to all downtown bits. It is also withing walking distance for a couple hikes - Queenstown Hill and Ben Lomond. The hotel has a small underground carpark with a little lift to carry you and your stuff up to the main level. Second - the rooms - we had a regular little room, they are well appointed, modern and had all the mod cons for a stay including a little fridge, burner, etc. Great for storing your bits and pieces. The view out was nice, had a little balcony that looked out towards the gondolas. The suites are really nice and if you're able to, I'd recommend upgrading to those, especially if you're staying for a period of time. There is much more space and the views are really nice of the local park + the Remarkables mountain range. Third - the breakfasts - superb! freshest ingredients used - the cooks are amazing - Lia and Andrew get BIG shout-outs for the incredible breakfasts made. Not only can you order a la carte they also would make their own breakfasts for you (if you ask them) - they are creative and so delicious. The breakfast staff were super friendly and will do anything to make sure you enjoy your meal. Talk about staff - this is what really sets this place apart. All the staff were amazing, friendly and genuinely wanted to know about you and your trip. They made sure your trip was good and would make calls to ensure everything was set and in order. Fran - the general manager was incredible as a host. He truly looks after the guests and the hotel and this was evident through the staff interactions as well as the way the hotel was run. Every evening, the hotel hosts a canape and drinks social hour. Great little nibbles with a selection of wines and beers to drink. The food was delicious and it was a great way to meet hotel staff as well as other folks staying at the hotel. I found this hotel through Trip Advisor - I want to pay you guys back (thank you!!), this hotel is truly the best hotel we've stayed at and can't recommend it high enough. When we come back to Queenstown, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Fran, Lia, Andrew and all the staff at Queenstown Park Boutique hotel, you made the trip very special for us.

Queenstown park boutique hotel is truly a gem conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the city centre. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we were looked after by the most enthusiastic staff members. The attentive service was a highlight throughout our whole stay. The staff were very helpful no matter what requests we had and we all had some great chats. Canape hour was a nice way to start our evenings and the freshly made breakfast every day was a treat! The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom layout was wonderful. The kitchenette was a great addition for convenience. The bed was large and comfortable. We loved the minimalistic styling and all the lovely details. We loved our trip to Queenstown and this amazing hotel played a big part. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to Queenstown!

The service at this Hotel is faultless. All of the staff and Ken are engaging, helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The evening drinks and Canapes are a great opportunity to relax before heading out for dinner, or to catch up with other guests. The breakfast is beautifully prepare to your requirements. My wife has special dietary requirements and they were fantastic at providing Dairy Free and Gluten Free options without fuss. The location is quiet but close enough to the town centre to walk to restaurants and get about in the town. This is our second stay and we will be back.

I wanted to get away from my busy city job in Auckland and breathe some mountain air- with a touch of luxury. Queenstown Park was perfect. From the moment I arrived, Marika made sure my reservations at Onsen were all set, that I was able to find a ride there since I didn't rent a car. She also helped connect me to some stables as I was interested in horseback riding. The room was perfect - honestly I wish I had stayed longer to experience more. So lovely and I will be back. Thank you Marika and staff.
