We have just enjoyed a seven night stay at the Queenstown Park Boutique and highly recommend staying here. The location is an easy 5 minute walk to the lake/steamer wharf shops and restaurants. The hotel is smartly furnished, rooms wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast each morning was an excellent start to the day with generous portions and great coffee. There is a drying room for wet ski gear and free car parking on site. The 6pm drinks and canapés is a delightful touch and allows guests the opportunity not to just enjoy the local wines and delicious canapés, but to chat to other guests and the hotel management team in the comfortable armchairs in front of the fire. Ken and his team do a superb job of looking after their guests and this is what sets this hotel apart from others. The attention to guest’s needs and five star service ensure a thoroughly enjoyable stay. All the staff were lovely and cannot do enough for you, but a special mention to Marc and Lenny who are such wonderful assets to this hotel and their customer service truly exceeds all expectations. We cannot wait to return. Many thanks Ken and team for making our stay so very enjoyable. Bruce and Claire

Hotel's Favorite
My girlfriend (now fiance) and I have travelled the world and stayed at numerous hotels. This hotel and especially the staff really set this hotel apart from any experience we've ever had on any travels we've had to date. They set the new gold standard for what we consider service excellence. First, the hotel - it is very situated, located within easy walking distance of downtown Queenstown - tis literally 5min to all downtown bits. It is also withing walking distance for a couple hikes - Queenstown Hill and Ben Lomond. The hotel has a small underground carpark with a little lift to carry you and your stuff up to the main level. Second - the rooms - we had a regular little room, they are well appointed, modern and had all the mod cons for a stay including a little fridge, burner, etc. Great for storing your bits and pieces. The view out was nice, had a little balcony that looked out towards the gondolas. The suites are really nice and if you're able to, I'd recommend upgrading to those, especially if you're staying for a period of time. There is much more space and the views are really nice of the local park + the Remarkables mountain range. Third - the breakfasts - superb! freshest ingredients used - the cooks are amazing - Lia and Andrew get BIG shout-outs for the incredible breakfasts made. Not only can you order a la carte they also would make their own breakfasts for you (if you ask them) - they are creative and so delicious. The breakfast staff were super friendly and will do anything to make sure you enjoy your meal. Talk about staff - this is what really sets this place apart. All the staff were amazing, friendly and genuinely wanted to know about you and your trip. They made sure your trip was good and would make calls to ensure everything was set and in order. Fran - the general manager was incredible as a host. He truly looks after the guests and the hotel and this was evident through the staff interactions as well as the way the hotel was run. Every evening, the hotel hosts a canape and drinks social hour. Great little nibbles with a selection of wines and beers to drink. The food was delicious and it was a great way to meet hotel staff as well as other folks staying at the hotel. I found this hotel through Trip Advisor - I want to pay you guys back (thank you!!), this hotel is truly the best hotel we've stayed at and can't recommend it high enough. When we come back to Queenstown, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Fran, Lia, Andrew and all the staff at Queenstown Park Boutique hotel, you made the trip very special for us.

We enjoyed our four night stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were all professional and friendly showing an interest in all customers. We enjoyed meeting the other guests at hosted drinks by the fire each evening. The breakfast was excellent. Our room overlooking the mountains was large, modern and clean. Plenty of free car parking for guests and an easy flat walk into the shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning again.

We stayed just one night at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, but in that short time we were made to feel very special. The staff are all so lovely and really go out of their way to show how grateful they are for your custom. Nice to stay somewhere where you feel like a person, not just a number! We will return :)

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff are friendly and happy to go above and beyond to help, their local knowledge on places to visit and eat saved us time and money. The room facilities are amazing and the location of the hotel is so close to the heart of the city. The breakfast is simple but awesome, and don’t miss out on the 6pm complimentary canapés and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
