We recently stayed here for 4 nights. Absolutely loved it! The rooms are great - soft beds, no noises during the night. We especially loved the nightly canapés and wine @ 6, as it was a great way for us to meet other travelers. The breakfast was also terrific. The staff members were all very pleasant and helpful. It’s also in a lovely location, and in a very walkable location.

Our first destination in New Zealand was Queenstown and the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel was a great first place to stay. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out, four days later, the experience was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We want to take the bed home with us. Daily breakfast, which was included with the room, was filling and delicious. The daily social hour with free drinks and snacks gave us time to learn more about other guests and the staff. Most important, the staff was fantastic—friendly, helpful, always willing to make our stay special.

We had the best 5 nights here. It was such a great experience from the welcome on arrival, to the gorgeous room, to the canapés every night at 6pm and the delicious breakfast each morning. Diego, Lucretia and every other person who looked after us made us feel special and I believe they were able to do this for everyone due to the boutique size of the hotel - 22 rooms only. The location was perfect too, very close to the gondola and only a few minutes walk in to town. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

The customer service is above and beyond. The hotel is conveniently situated to downtown ... an easy walk. The breakfast and evening cocktail hour are extraordinary. You could not ask for better staff. Thanks Diego!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff here is excellent, Camille & Lucretia as well as the French man (whose name I did not get) made us feel very at home. Little moments really set the tone, from Camille's warm greeting to us when we first arrived, she took the time to explain the town, chat about our trip and we felt well taken care of. We ended up back at the hotel after their wine hour had ended but Lucretia brought us a glass anyway as we were on honeymoon. And their Chef, Marv gave us his parking spot when the lot was full so we didn't have to park on the street. Speaking of their chef, the food in their little kitchen was excellent. Surprisingly good breakfasts made with a creative flair. Marv and his Sioux chef partner knew their business well! In fact, the "healthy breakfast " plate they cooked up was one of the top 5 things we ate in New Zealand and we were visiting for 3 weeks and ate in at least half a dozen fine dining restaurants. The one nitpick with this hotel is that the rooms near the street pick up a lot of street noise, cars passing etc. But the staff (and food) more than makes up for it. The hotel is also very, very close to the city center. We would stay again anytime.

This is a very good small luxury boutique hotel. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff very friendly. They even had a free happy hour every evening. It is a short walk to the centre of Queenstown.8

This is a truly wonderful small hotel. The rooms are large, up to date, and exceedingly clean. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, people are doing their best to give you a wonderful stay; there is a nice reception with canapes and wine every evening. The breakfast area is nice, and breakfasts are skillfully made to order. I could not have asked for, or found, better accomodations anywhere!
