We had an excellent stay at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The room was luxurious and the view was spectacular. We had excellent service, Lenny and Ken waited for us despite us being late to check in. We really appreciated the personalised service.

My husband and I were warmly greeted at check-in and shown to our rooms. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The coffee machine and little kitchenette were a bonus. We enjoyed breakfast and canapes/wine in the evening. We loved that it was walking distance from the town center but still felt like we were tucked away somewhere private. We will stay here again when we return.

Good location to town. Easy walking distance. Fairly quiet so slept well. Comfortable bed and good little kitchenette. Option to have breakfast at the hotel. Evening drinks and canapés. Friendly and helpful staff. Limited amount of parking which can be right if you have a bigger car and not guaranteed to get a space. Generally there is parking fairly close on the road. Two supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We booked 5 gondola rooms for a party of 5 couples to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everyone was ecstatic with their rooms, the food, the location and the service. Canapé hour each night in the foyer was a special treat! Diago went out of his way to source a surprise birthday cake as I’d forgotten to get one, and Lenny was always super helpful, and personable. All of the staff, including Ken, the cleaners and chefs treated us as a friend and made everything run seamlessly. Super easy access to great restaurants, bars and the water front. Our rooms had front row seats to the amazing views to the gondola and paragliders who landed right in front of our balconies in the field. Breakfast was great! We’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing service from Ken and his team. Room was immaculate and location to town is an easy walk across the park. Great breakfast as well! The room had a big king size bed, TV and really big bathroom. We stayed in one of the remarkable suites. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate to spend 6 glorious nights recently at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, it was truly refreshing to experience such wonderful hospitality. Ken and his team are all exceptional, they go above and beyond to make you welcome, they truly understand the meaning of the experience of hospitality. I arrived late and was greeted by Ella who promptly offered me a glass of wine and made a fabulous platter, this was beyond decent and greatly appreciated after a long trip, excellent! Location is quiet, and an easy stroll to the Gondola and town city, rooms are spacious, well appointed, bed and chairs comfy (my room had a great view of The Remarkables), breakfast is fabulous (the chef can’t do enough for you, they even make their own muffins for the eggs Benedict), canapés and drinks is a great touch and thoroughly enjoyable. I truly can’t recommend Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel more highly, well done to the team. Thank you for the good bye hug Lenni.

We enjoyed our two initial nights here so much we changed our plans and extended our stay to four nights. And, we booked for our final night before we fly back home- again a change in our plans as we liked it so much. Our room was large, airy, had lots of natural light and was spacious. And, it came with a patio where one afternoon we sat outside in the winter sun and read. But what makes this hotel are the staff & the owner- everyone we came into contact with was friendly, professional & genuine. (And, the staff seemed very happy to work there) We enjoyed the canapés and the generous breakfast which was included. Well done and thank you very much to you all for a wonderful time.

This hotel has a lovely homely feel, staff are super friendly and always happy to help. The canapé and drinks hour is an excellent touch and breakfast was delicious with a great selection of pastries, fruits and cereal as a lead in to the generous a la carte menu. In room kitchenette and coffee machine were great too! Location is handy to everything but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The only negative would be if you are in a downstairs room you can easily hear footsteps from the rooms above. A wardrobe space or coat rack could also be a great addition. Thank you Ken and team for a great stay :)

........how absolutely amazing our stay was at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The room was fabulous with everything we needed for our stay and very contemporary, clean, fresh and super comfortable. We had wonderful pre dinner drinks and canapés that were beautiful and the next day an amazing cooked breakfast by their talented friendly chef. The best thing was the hotel staff. We were made to feel so special and welcome by all the staff from the time we arrived right up till when we left, they were attentive, wonderfully friendly, helpful and sincere. Such a wonderful feeling coming to this hotel we will most certainly back!
