Wonderful stay and simply echo all the previous comments. Beautiful well appointed big room although pretty raucous on Friday and Saturday nights from the pole dancing club across the laneway. Bring some earplugs or get up and join the action! If bringing a car dump it in the loading bay opposite Church Lane and it will be magically parked for... More

The hotel is quiet and very clean. the staff was great, very friendly and attentive. The room was just amazing. It was very spacious... More

My partner and I stayed here for three nights. Prior to arriving I was a little disappointed we did not have a room with a view (lane way suite, number 3) however upon arriving it did not disappoint! The rooms were just as they look in the photographs. They are clean, sleek and very comfy. The bathroom is large and... More

Fantastic service from staff. Central location which was awesome. Room was huge with a gas fire & cosy possum throw. Great amenities with Molten Brown toiletries. Best thing is they offered a free mini bar (exc alcohol) and fresh fruit. We will stay here again for sure!

Very little to fault. Well run with great staff. The rooms are luxurious with great facilities. A fire place and big bathroom. We stayed 7 days and like many hotels there were no drawers to unpack into..architects must never stay in hotels? Location is perfect. The food offering in Queenstown is amazing. The restaurant here doesn't let the side down.

We had the most wonderful 4 night stay for our honeymoon. Right from the beginning we were treated like royalty. We were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and a personal message to celebrate our honeymoon. It was great being able to have our breakfast at both No. 5 and Eichardts. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are lovely. We... More

Can not fault this property, only 10 rooms designed perfectly. Open gas fireplace and very comfortable furnishings. Lovely service nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary snacks and fruit and non alcoholic beverages. Chocolates at night and lovely selection of teas. Restaurant attached is very intimate and this hotel is walking distance to so many great facilities.

Beautiful hotel, great service, Nothing was to much trouble. Amazing bespoke wine tour. Such a peaceful place to stay made you not mind how terrible the weather was. Only minor negative is no view, but still a nicely equipped balcony.

Wow is all I can say about this gorgeous hotel, right in the heart of everything and the rooms are 5 star. The food and cocktails are amazing and the staff are first class so friendly and helpful. The fireplace is great for the cold mornings and evening, the bed is so comfortable and can request from the pillow menu... More
