The staff were excellent at Azur, they were not really snooty and putting on an act like some other fancy hotels they were friendly, very professional and real. The rooms were really nice and spacious there was a good bathroom, fireplace and mini bar there were excellent views of the lake and mountains. They do not do dinner but they do bring in food from local restaurants to your room which was cool as we wanted Ferg burger anyway. The canapés were excellent and the breakfast superb (they cooked us what ever we felt like) waffles and eggs Benedict. We will be back for a longer stay at some stage.

What an incredible place to stay. First class service, location and accommodation. We were absolutely spoilt from the moment we arrived. Thank you so much to the team (luke especially) for making everything so perfect. Best place we've ever stayed. We didn't want to leave.

Thankyou so so much for taking the time to write your review. I've told Luke about his 'shout out' and you've absolutely made his day. It's great to hear that you felt spoilt as that is exactly how we want to make you feel from the very beginning throughout your entire stay. We are extremely lucky to be where we are situated and it makes our work here an absolute joy. Sadly, our guests always have to leave but i hope you come and stay with us again but stay with us for longer next time. Warmest regards, Charlotte

First time to QT and stoked with our decision to stay at Azur. We had planned to book with another accommodation and changed last min before flying to QT! Im so so glad we did!! Stayed here at Azur for our first year wedding anniversary and we are blown away at the service we have received right from day one. Staff are so kind and VERY considerate of our preferences! They are always on time with our food and its always nicely packed! You can choose to set it up yourself or they come to your villa and set it up for you. Plenty of parking for guests and free too (we are from auckland and parking is never free lol) The vilas are to die for!! Breathtaking views from the comfort of your villa esp from your spa bath. Weather is freezing here but with a nice hot bath, we are able to still open up the bathroom windows and enjoy the view 😍 Recommend taking a bath as the sun is setting as the mountain views are amazing. Everything we could ever want in a holiday accommodation, we got! Bkfast, afternoon tea, snacks and shuttles to town are all free for us. We ended up cancelling a few activities we wanted to do because we couldnt get enough of our villa. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and I have decided that we are definitely coming back for our wedding anniversary every year! Thanks to the Azur team for making our time in QT the best.

A huge thank you to all the team at Azur for a brilliant stay; Charlotte, Luke, Seajay, Gavin and Matt, just to name a few who contributed to our 5-star experience. We didn't know what to expect landing into Queenstown after lockdown and with reports of the town being quiet. However, from the moment we landed, we were looked after by the team who couldn't do enough for us to make our stay easy, enjoyable, relaxing and luxurious! We took advantage of their local knowledge, hiking the Moonlight track from Moke Lake to Arthurs point and returning to Azur to enjoy drinks by the fire and canapés on offer every evening. The accommodation is very spacious with incredible views including a jacuzzi bath overlooking lake Wakatipu and a well-stocked fridge of complimentary drinks and snacks. Whilst there is plenty of space to relax in the accommodation, there is also the main house to enjoy. This was our third visit to Queenstown and considering the impact of COVID lockdown, we were surprised by how busy the restaurants and bars were - we really enjoyed a night of live music at Little Blackwoods and soaking up the atmosphere in the cafe's and shops around town! We can't recommend Azur highly enough if you are looking for a peaceful, stunning location just 5 minutes out of town (free shuttles provided). Excellent breakfast, attentive and friendly staff and everything you need to enjoy Queenstown. We will be back!

Wow!!! Thankyou Emily and Josh for your wonderful review of Azur (I guessed it was you after you mentioned the Moonlight Track Hike). It was a real pleasure having you stay with us and it was fabulous welcoming you back to Queenstown and to Azur for your first stay with us. With Lockdown resulting in no guests being able to stay with us for sometime, it was great being able to do what we do best, and that is to truly take care of such a lovely couple like yourselves from when you arrived to when you had to return to the North Island. All of the staff shout out a big Hello and we hope that one day you will come and stay with us again if you decide to stay in New Zealand. Perhaps I can encourage you to do The Bungy jump next time!! Warmest regards, Charlotte and the staff at Azur.

This property is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. The staff is incredibly genuine and the rooms are spotless. We were treated better than we've ever experienced before. This property is particularly romantic and I highly recommend the Central Otago wine tour.
