This hotel is perfectly located - easily walkable to town but far enough away to be quiet as Queenstown can be noisy. Our room was well-appointed, spacious, and had a great view of the gondola and mountains. The breakfast available was also nice. We would stay here again!

I was very pleased with the location and room, and the staff was amazing! Quick 3-5 min walk to town (slight hill coming back but if my 65-year old mother can do it, so can you). I must reiterate, the staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.

Close to all the activities and restaurants. Manager was very accomodating and helpful. Even prepared early Breakfast/snacks to go for our tours. Room had a great view from the patio. I will highly recommend to others.

Big room with a view in a soulless complex close to the centre. Expensive and disappointing 2 nights. We expected something special given we paid double our normal rate following the excellent reviews on your site

well located near the main streets of downtown Queenstown, the hotel is well appointed, lovely breakfast each morning and very friendly manager and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Parking provided and a quick walk into town were very welcome attributes.
