I would highly recommended staying at the Chalet Queenstown. Our hosts were kind, accomodating, and made our stay one of the best we have had on our trip. The breakfasts were amazing and they even had our breakfast ready for us early on two days that we had trips organised where we had to leave before they even started doing...

My wife and I stayed 5 nights from mid April 2017. Friendly owners; large, comfortable bed and generous, tasty breakfasts. Breakfasts and wi-fi (strong signal) are included in the daily tariff - no extra costs. Good room size and not too far from city centre. Excellent lake and mountain views. Very clean. A personal preference would have been to have...

The Queenstown Chalet is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff are really welcoming and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed using both the lounge and patio spaces provided. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too. I would highly recommend this lovely B& B. Thanks to Jude and her brother for a wonderful introduction to Queenstown.

We were greeted with genuine exhuberance and helpfulness and given a guided tour of the premises. All questions we had were answered and recommendations given when asked for. Breakfast was to die for and we were made to feel like family. It was a shame to leave. A very big and grateful thankyou, Jude and Alec and your staff.

We stayed here for two nights. Good location, reasonably priced with friendly and attentive staff. The location is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Queenstown. The rooms are a little compact and open onto a quiet (shared) balcony. In the spirit of constructive criticism: Shower water pressure and Internet/wifi speed could both be improved ... but those are...

Thanks so much for your review and recommendation of Chalet Queenstown. We do find the speed of the WiFi slows down when everyone is on it at the same time, so thanks for the feedback. Kind regards

With its clean rooms, excellent breakfasts, cozy and friendly atmosphere and good location Chalet Queenstown is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the ones with a view offer a beautiful vista overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. Beautiful sight at any time but particularly so early morning and late evenings. There is a...

On arrival at our actual accommodation we were informed that they had double booked us and we were to be re-located for one night. Not ideal but at least they were honest and they had already arranged alternate accommodation for us at Chalet Queenstown. We were welcomed by Jude who gave us some tips on where to eat and she...

Pleasantly situated away from the busy centre but close enough to walk in 5 minutes. We had one night initially and then returned for another two nights but the team at Chalet were happy for us to leave some luggage which they moved to a new room for our return. They were also happy for us to leave our car...

Great B&B option in a great town. We stayed here at the very start of our NZ trip and it was a wonderful place to arrive after traveling over 24 hours! My wife and I stayed here on the basis of the reviews in Tripadvisor and were not dissapointed. The chalet is far enough away from the centre of town to avoid the noise and commotion... but near enough to be able to walk there and back.
