from the start this place left us speechless. we paid a bit for this hotel in ski season for a family of 4 and it was worth it. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the reception was awesome. there was an issue with our booking through escape, and the resort tried to ger money for the 2 children we had with... More

Hotel St Moritz is a great hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our daughter even got a special card which let her claim some fun free stuff. The food in the Hotel is nicely presented and very tasty. You could easily eat there every night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone... More

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our time here. We had 2 rooms. An Alpine Suite on the 5th level and a Twin Room on the 2nd level. Being close to the laundry on the 2nd level was very good as we have small children and I had to wash every day. Breakfast was very nice and the... More

Recently stayed at this fabulous hotel for 7 nights. We booked a one bedroom alpine suite with lake views and a balcony. Definitely worth every penny - the view of the lake and the snow capped mountains from the balcony were to die for - simply beautiful. King sized bed was very comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Restaurant food... More

Pretty good hotel, met expectations, nothing amazing or memorable to write home about and nothing terrible either. The location is a short walk from town (and up a fairly steep hill) but only a few steps to the lake. I was in the Alpine suite, which was very spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchenette. However, the lake view... More

Had a great 3 night stay at the St Moritz. Went with a 1BR alpine suite with a lake view and was not disappointed. The view was amazing, the hotel was warm and inviting and the staff was great every way. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a great bonus. Our package included a great breakfast every morning. The... More

We had the most amazing stay here- it was just a pity it was for only 1 night! After 2 weeks travelling around the South Island we had our own piece of luxury and loved every minute of it! The hotel is gorgeous and amazingly located a very short walk to town. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful.... More

The hotel is amazing. Fantastic rooms, friendly staff, awesome views of the mountains and lake. It is a short walking distance to the heart of town. Staff are happy to help you plan your adventure days. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here many times over the years and remain impressed by the high standard of service and general presentation. The location is superb. Conveniently close to town with all its facilities, yet just away a little from the touristy hustle and bustle. Nice! The hotel has a distinctive character. Alpine in decor, with rooms having a unique, almost... More

Our room was a self contained apartment, really big bed, great bathroom with a tub and separate shower, the lounge room was massive and well set out. Our view was not fantastic being on level 2 however we could still see the ice capped mountains across the lake. Definitely a bucket list place to go.
