We stayed here for 2 nights before and after the Routeburn trek. Excellent staff and enjoyed the view and outdoor jacuzzi. The laundry facilities were poor but most people wouldn't use these. The bar offered a great happy hour which was lovely. A hint of luxury which met our expectations.

Just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre and even lifts an be arranged if you don't want to walk back up the hill (short and not too steep), not that we did. Pleasant hotel. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Deal for 3 full breakfasts is good value at 78 NZ dollars each. Book at reception and collect...

Dear Helen, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. I am delighted to hear how memorable your stay was and so glad you got the chance to experience our dining, facilities and services. The hot tub garden is definitely a deserved treat after that hike - I'm so pleased you enjoyed the outdoors of Queenstown. We certainly hope to...

This is a conveniently located hotel, 10 minutes walk from the center of town in Queenstown. A taxi was offered to those who did not like walking up the hill back to the hotel. The room we has was facing the lake, on the 6th floor, with an incredible view. The room was spacious, bathroom had a great shower, and...

From the moment we stepped into the Hotel, we were made to feel very welcome. The receptionist was very informative and checked us in efficiently. Our room was spacious, well equipped and provided excellent views across the lake. It is situated in easy distance of the town although it is a steep hill to return to the Hotel. However they...

Rooms are very nicely updated, have every amenity, comfortable beds, great shower and bath, luxury bath products. Service was friendly and professional from valet to reception to bar/restaurant, where we had two lovely happy hours with...

Don't get a room on 4th floor or lower - no a/c and very stuffy at night. Small window doesn't help. If you are expecting, as I was, 2 queen beds you are in for a surprise. 2 twin beds only. Not a great night sleep when you are used to something else. Housekeeping, in general, poor (not to my...

The Hotel St. Moritz is located near the CBD. We enjoy walking so we walked all around the town and to/from the hotel. However, it is actually on a hill over-looking the town so the walk back to the hotel is up a hill. We had an alpine one bedroom suite, so our room was huge. Free internet. Our only...

I forgot to take all my active wear and lingerie out of a draw in my room when I checked out. When I phoned the hotel about this I was told that nothing had been found in my room. After some pleading I was told that they would take a look and phone me back. Over two hours later I...

Well equipped hotel for the business traveller. Was on a lower floor and did feel a little dark and basement like but the appointments and great view made up for it. One little complaint was the excess of furniture polish on the table - I had to find some tissues and wipe it off. Had a great dinner for our...
