had a great stay at the St Moritz - its a bit of walk up the hill but worth it for the lovely views over the lake. Lake view room had a fabulous view over the lake and the Remarkables. well appointed bathroom and the comfiest bed i've ever slept in!! breakfast was a la carte with lots of nice options and plenty for a GF person. Hot tub garden (2 tubs) a nice addition as well.

Stayed a week and from the moment we walked in the doors I knew we had booked the perfect hotel for our stay. Check in perfect and room 527 had a small balcony and amazing view of the lake. Even though cool was great to be able to open the doors for fresh air. We found out in the hotel currently that if you don’t get your room serviced you get a $10 voucher to put towards the restaurant which we took up on during our stay but did ask for fresh towels and replenish the coffee. Breakfast was really good as you chose something off the menu and it included juice, cereal and a coffee machine. Proper coffee you paid for but we used our voucher to pay for these. Room was spacious and do not let the hill deter you from staying as the hotel is in great position to town centre. Had a lovely stay in Queenstown and our son showed us places we may not have found. Check out the Japanese restaurant down a lane way it’s small but shared tapas style food was amazing. Remember to book when you can to ensure you get in Anyway hotel as said was lovely and would definitely stay here again with no hesitation

My partner and I stayed in a Lake View room with a balcony for 1 week with a special Accor deal and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very modern and comfortable (the bed was amazing). I definitely recommend getting a room with a Lake View or Lake View Balcony (the balcony room is exactly the same room as a Lake View, the only slight difference being there is a tiny balcony you can stand on for some fresh air + enjoy the views outside). The staff went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. The breakfast was fantastic & an extra bonus for Platinum Accor members is they offer free soft drinks every day. Its roughly a 5-10minute walk into town but there is a steep(ish) slope heading down & then back up towards the St Moritz. It's honestly not very bad at all, we are not fit and found it perfectly fine. Its so convenient being so close to Queenstown and definitely worth it!

My 3 girlfriends and I just stayed the weekend for my birthday and I was blown away by the team here. Young, enthusiastic, and Uber professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we shared some good laughs with the young team members. The rooms were spacious and clean and if you don’t need your room serviced, you receive a $10 voucher for the bar and restaurant daily. And both have incredible views. Breakfast was included and it was incredible. A la carte and really well done. Great cocktails at the bar and the dinner is even better than the breakfast. Lombardi is the restaurant. Generous serving and just delicious. I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere in the world where the service is so consistent and friendly. We’ll definitely return. And it’s a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Pictures from my view at breakfast.

Best place to stay in queenstown. Staff were welcoming. Let us check in early. Room was beautiful with amazing view of the lake and probably best bed i have ever slept in. Breakfast that came with the room exceeded expectations and was overall one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in (even the international ones i have stayed in) Couldnt recommend enough!

The hotel is lovely, well decorated and very clean. Our room was huge and a great sized bathroom. The staff were great. We had drinks in the bar and a wine beside the fire. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back

Stayed for 4 nights. The property is a lovely one with spectacular views and yummy food in the restaurant. It was our first time in Queenstown and the team upgraded us to a Lakeview room and gave a lovely dessert plate and card. Special thank you to Benny, Silvia, Claire, Maria, Tomas for your outstanding service. Also thanks to the amazing Housekeeping staff who kept our room spic and span. All of you really made our stay very special and memorable😊.

Great spot an easy walk to town with great views. Staff all very helpful when required. Felt safe considering Covid Omicron was starting to spread through the region, staff always masked up and surroundings very clean. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will return.

Dear Crillz14, thank you so much for this review - it's much appreciated. I'm so pleased that you felt safe given this current outbreak was beginning to spread and we all felt a little unnerved by it. Learning to live with it as they say! My team and I very much look forward to welcoming you back in the not too distant future. Jo Finnigan General Manager

Staff went out of their way to help after we’d had a bad experience with another hotel. Room was amazing with fantastic views over the lake. Breakfast was always tasty with several options. Easy walk into town. If we come to Queenstown again we’d definitely book this hotel.
