I stayed here for 4 days. A long weekend. The building is I would guess 30 years old. The rooms are being refurbished to a good standard. Our room was modernised I did not see an older room. The staff were excellent, The food was great ( business meals plus evening dining). The common rooms reception/lounge plus lounge bar dinning... More

As a M collection hotel, I have to admit I was expecting big things. However, it was not quite up to it. The service checking in was pushy. What were we doing, where were we going, where were we eating, how we were traveling. I know this was probably in an attempt to be friendly or interested but when we... More

We have stayed here two years in a row now. My family of two adults and four kids, my parents, brother and sister and their families and my Aunty and children. We have all found this hotel to be magical in many ways. The staff and service is of an extremely high standard, going out of their way on many... More

We were there for dinner, it's very nice place , you allready feel very good when you enter in it. And the foods are really very very good. We started with salmon plate, then we eat lamb cutlets.. More than beautiful, very good. And the service very good, you pay more if you choose good wine. But for me you... More

Wonderful hotel for family ski holiday. Warmth, class & 5 star service. Concierge, Alvar fabulous. Nothing too much trouble. 2 bedroom Lakeview room perfect for our family. Room service kids menu spot on after a long day on the slopes & bath salts proved they had thought of everything 😊😊

My wife and I stayed 2 nights. Unfortunately there was no concierge or porter assistance on arrival. We had to drag our 4 bags into a stair-filled, non-accessible lobby. Standard check-in. We were given the keys and no attendance or assistance with our room. No safe in the room. Limited internet. We had a 1-bed lake view room. With the... More

Lovely wintery ambiance. Cold water and warm apple cider in the lobby really make it special. Nice rooms and great shower. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Great view from the restaurant/bar.

Lovely view from the dining room of the water and mountains. High standard of choices for breakfast. NZ have a high standard in their hotels and some not all carrying a large star rating compared... Located close to town center, we had a suite with a lake view which was amazing, Restaurant was excellent and the service impeccable. Overall would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. This is the second time we have stayed at the St Moritz.

Stayed at the Hotel St Moritz for a weekend getaway and loved it. Nice reasonably new hotel with good sized rooms and a large comfy bed. Plenty of blankets and a choose your own pillow menu if required. Loved the recently refurbished bathrooms and the shower was great. Hotel staff were friendly and nothing was a bother. One thing to... More
