After staying in a campervan for a week this was definitely a treat! Yes the hotel is old and has a little wear and tear but it was still a lovely stay. Everything was spotless and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We also had a great veiw of the lake from our room! Breakfast...

The hotel location is very good. The staff out there are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Shanay who did our travel bookings and made our stay happy and joyful. The staff at the breakfast lounge were kind and courteous too. Breakfast could have included some more varieties to choose.

I stayed in Queenstown overnight to catch up with friends transiting from Auckland to manapouri. As it was the school holidays and I booked late I didn't have a lot of choice. I chose the Copthorne over a 6 bunk backpackers. It was $225 for one night, the hotel was Ok but the the decor very "brown" and tired ....

Lovely location, opposite the Lake Wakatipu. Nice decent two storey apartment. Has plenty of carparks, good brekkie as well. Approx 10-15mins from CBD (in car). All staff are lovely and friendly. Special thanks to Shannay! Such a lovely girl, friendly, courteous and always greets with a welcoming smile. She helped with sightseeing suggestions and booking. Great personality, perfect for customer...

We stayed two nights at the Copthorne. Note that there is another Copthorne - slightly closer to the city called the Copthorne Resort. The hotel is a little dated in décor. But comfy. We stayed one night in a twin bed hotel room and another night in a two bedroom apartment. Both experiences were pretty much the same. There isn't...

My daughters and I stayed at the Copthorne Hotel during Fall Break in April. We had amazing views from our room and balcony. The beds were very comfy and everything was immaculate. The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They made nice suggestions for dinner...

I stayed at this hotel in April 2017. Queenstown is a small town. From this hotel, we walked (if you want to walk) for less than 10 minutes to the town centre. It is an apartment, the room is good, everything is clean and look new. The receptionist staff are very helpful and we book our tours (including Milford Sound...

I have very mixed reviews about this hotel. Itself, it is a good place to stay! The views from the top floor were amazing and loved staying in the bedroom with the deck :) However, I think this day in age, when you are paying soo much you shouldn't have to pay for wifi, even though free wifi was advertised!...

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment - two couples and a baby. Downstairs kitchen, dining, lounge, balcony with table & chairs, WC & wash room. Upstairs bedrooms, with the only bathroom (shower over bath) adjoining the main bedroom. WC separate. Views of lake are gorgeous! Balcony with small table/chairs. Our apartment was dated, but comfortable, clean and spacious. Facilities...
