Was advertised with free parking, it was just public parking on the street, if this is free parking all hotels would advertise it, they dont. You dont have parking!! Very noise from the area below, would hate to be there on a Fri/Sat/Sun. Requested fresh milk on the booking, You charge as a hotel, provide like one, even if its...

The top bunkers are half the size of the bottom ones so you need to check in early to get the bigger bed. The rooms facing the street are noisy especially when the party animals are out, not good when you have early morning adventures. If you are a party animal then this is the hostel for you. Most of...

I've never book anywhere else in Queenstown after I found this place. Love the location in center of town with amazing Lake Wakatipu and a park. Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the idea of room card on a lanyard since I've always misplace my keys. But there were once I got a room overlooking the park which was...

This was by far the best backpackers/budget accomodation I have stayed in and I have travelled through Europe, the US & Canada and been on several Contiki tours. Centrally located which means a lot in a place like Queenstown. Clean shared area's (like the kitchen and tv room), safe and very helpful staff just added to the positive experience. Right...

Teeny tiny kitchen but the rooms are decent and the location is good; right on the lake. The beds and sheets were particularly nice. There are lots of 'livers in' here which can be a little annoying for backpackers, as they tend to occupy the TV room en mass and cook a lot (hardly a crime but it means the...

A good hostel with a great location - right in the very center of Queenstown. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. We had a 4-bed apartment, with toilet and shower. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the wi-fi was free.. What's not to like?:)

We love Absoloot, my boyfriend and I have stayed here 3 times over the past 4 years for varying durations starting from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. We have stayed in both the double room and queen room. Pros: - The location is amazing. Right on the lake & walking distance to everything. - Nice clean and tidy rooms (does...

We really did well with this place - great location, fantastic value, and helpful staff. The beds were comfy, and the en suite clean and tidy. There was free wifi, towels were supplied too. We were on the third floor with views of the lake... I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend to friends who wanted budget accommodation.
