Great location out of the busy central city. Friendly, clean and love the onsite bowling, restaurant and bar. Good spot for those who like a bit of piece and quiet. Easy online booking, check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Our room had the three twin beds so it was very roomy. The room was clean but the bathroom could have used a little maintenance and care. The bathroom was spacious though. The doors in our hallway closed loudly so if this is something that affects your sleep, you may be annoyed.

Great hotel for us with the kids. They loved the bowling onsite and the $1 arcade games. Good room with nice TV and clean bathroom. The hotel was great value, like seriously great value for Queenstown. Its a little out of town about 30secs from the Shotover Jet. Good drive though

Reservation for 12 adults included one bunk bed restricted for use by under 9 year old. Manager "unavailable" to discuss glitch. Staff uncooperative but eventually agreed to install an extra bed in the room but insisted on an extra charge of $45 for fixing their own mistake. Abys

What time do the shuttles start and stop?
Approx timing from 7am till 11pm - you can find the summer time table on the FAQ section of the resort website - under "What is the frequency of free shuttle bus service to and from Queenstown City centre It's only 7 mins ride from the resort to town :-) Hope this helps

Presume you mean Athol Street in the centre of Queenstown! It is about 8 to 10 mins drive into the centre of town.
