Handy for Queenstown but requires some TLC. Carpets in the enterance and corridors need lifting and re fitting to get rid of the bulges. Carpark needs levelling to prevent puddles being formed if it rains.

Overall experience was good. Just a suggestion. Me and wife we take flat pillows but the pillows were very thick so you end up sleeping without it. Breakfast was very nice . Entertainment area was good but we didn't use it. Because it close by 10 PM.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Great service. Rooms are spacious. Hourly shuttle from resort to town center from morning till night. Besides having bowling alleys, the resort also have arcade games.

What time do the shuttles start and stop?
Approx timing from 7am till 11pm - you can find the summer time table on the FAQ section of the resort website - under "What is the frequency of free shuttle bus service to and from Queenstown City centre It's only 7 mins ride from the resort to town :-) Hope this helps

how far is athol street from hotel
Presume you mean Athol Street in the centre of Queenstown! It is about 8 to 10 mins drive into the centre of town.
