We had an amazing long weekend last weekend in this piece of heaven - the views from from every window & every deck of Canyons Lodge are unbelievably beautiful, stunning mountains going into the river, completely unspoilt ! The warm hospitality at Canyons Lodge and luxurious comfort was outstanding. We were devastated to leave & are planning to return asap!

We loved our stay at Canyons Lodge and will definitely stay there again. The room was very comfortable with high ceilings and panoramic views even whilst lying in bed. Sweeping views above the famous Shotover River up to Coronet Peak and beyond. We loved the great hospitality and knowledgeable chat about surrounding areas and attractions, and were made to feel...

My wife and I spent a lovely 3 nights here in January. Truth be told, I typically avoid B&Bs, but I'm so glad we decided to stay here. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with an amazing view over the shotover river. Jennie (along with her husband and parents) were amazing hosts, full of helpful information, while at the same...

The Canyons Lodge is a gorgeous mordern wooden house with a million dollar view of the shot over river. You feel secluded amongst the Queenstown mountains but the lodge is only a 10 minutes drive from Queenstown! The room was luxurious, complete with bedroom slippers, robes, a plush bed and a relaxing bathtub. We were offered a glass of wine...

Every last detail has been thought of at the Canyons Lodge, very rarely do you stay somewhere that ticks all the boxes. From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of the hosts and the high standards that are practiced at the Canyons Lodge. Breakfast was outstanding and the beds are super comfortable. I am fussy and I was...

The view is truly wonderful. Close vertical high rocky hill/mountain on the right, the Shotover River curving in front of you with bush scenes to the left. A photo cannot do it justice. Very quiet and peaceful - food for the soul. I had the site to myself one day and felt totally recharged by evening. Andy is a great...

We stayed for 6 days and wish we could have stayed on. A spacious, well appointed country lodge only minutes from Queenstown central with spectacular views. The huge open fire in the lounge creates a welcoming ambience that makes you want to stay. Our hosts were amazing!!

We recently spent a relaxing weekend at the lodge. The lodge was warm on arrival, all we had to do was unpack, relax and enjoy the stunning views. We found the entire lodge to be clean and beautifully appointed with luxurious linen in the bathroom and bedroom. The hostess had thought of everything to make our stay memorable.

After long and careful research of the venues around Queenstown for our wedding we decided to go with The Canyons Lodge. Both Brent and Sarah continuously went out of their way to cater for our needs. Even though they have many customers, it really felt like all their attention was with us. We had our wedding, reception and accommodation all...
