Good hostel, great location and very helpful staff. Kitchen slightly small and outdated for size of hostel. Wifi only available in lobby- you have to pay if you want to access it from your room or in social area. Would stay again!
I've been to Queenstown a few times now staying at other various hostels but this is by far the best. The staff were super friendly, and the facilities were amazing! I did stay in a Private King room so I was a bit spoilt ;-)...More

I think it was about $4 a load to wash, $4 a load to dry... but be mindful you can only choose 1 setting for each. Say like for the dryer you either do a cool dry or a really hot dry for your clothes so if you have a couple of delicates then some regular clothes you have to do them in separate batches. If you put them all together you either end up with clothes still wet, or delicate fabric with possible damage.
