Walk into town, free off street parking provided which was good as Queenstown parking is difficult. Free wifi. Late checkout available if requested early. The inside has been refurbished but the outside needs an update desperately. We were here in January and it was quite warm when we got there as the evening sun beats right into our rooms. There...

We booked a standard studio. Location is great only a very short walk to busy areas of Queenstown. The room was clean but looked worn and smelled very musty. Could be a results of it being a ground floor room which was partially underground.

Located within a short walking distance from the heart of Queenstown, this is a balanced motel-style property with on-premise parking. The rooms are spacious with cooking facilities and some rooms offer huge windows with views of Queenstown and the surrounding mountains. Check-in and check-out was friendly and hassle-free. Wifi coverage and speed is fair but the data allowance is capped...

Excellent staff who are very helpful anything from with storing baggage to finding you a great restaurant. Walking distance of 5-10 mins for all restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets, facilities. Very good value for money.

Very clean and well appointed unit , may have recently been refurbished to a high standard . Wanted for nothing . Close to town centre , walking distance to all the shops and entertainment . Well priced for the location . Would definitely return for another stay .

Greeted by a very friendly manager at reception who allowed us to check in early. Straight away both my partner and I had a great feeling about the place. Although it may not look like a 5 star motel - the service was 100%! Our room was clean, well presented and the bed was comfy (a must for me!). Wifi...

The staff is nice, which helps balance the worn-in look this motel has. Not all the windows close completely, and some of the lights sometimes flicker off whenever they fancy. The kitchen countertops are bowing from water damage. Our group of four was given a single wifi code that allots 1GB every 24 hours: this seemed a bit stingy. But...

This is our second time round there and we can still thoroughly recommend. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for the 2 of us although we could have slept 4 there, making it ideal for families, with a small kitchen with a stove top, microwave & plenty of equipment & crockery for 4 people. Scrupulously clean, plenty of bedding and...

We had five nights here. The room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had good facilities if you wanted to cook your own meals. I found the owner welcoming and helpful and the location was excellent.

the location and price is fantastic and why we booked this hotel. The owners are very helpful and accommodating! allowing us to leave our baggage with them after check out due to late flight. only thing that was slightly irritating is the large heater in the room didn't work overly well. Luckily there was a small heater in the room...
