It is the cheapest place in Queenstown, great staff and very helpful. It has a beautiful view and you can't go wrong with this place. It's only a 10 minute walk to the town and the reception can book places for you to enjoy Queenstown.

Just left Reavers, was there for three nights and found it okay. Some of the reviews made me concerned but I'm glad to say the accommodation surprised me. We had a loft room which was great... 6'4 boyfriend struggled getting in and out of bed but it was alright. We liked it. Room was clean but prep for a trek... More

Great budget stay! Kel, Ross, Steve and Danny were all amazingly helpful and fun to be around. Breakfast is simple but you can buy your own food and use the kitchen which is well equipped with plenty of space to cook and wash while others are doing the same. Rooms were clean! The blankets are super comfy and the rooms... More

May not be for everyone, but if you are just staying for the weekend and wanting to party, this place is as good as any! I've had many of drunken nights here. Boozing in the spa pool is a must also! It's a wee bit off the beaten track hidden away near the hills but still only a 5min walk... More

Stayed here with a package from Oz Snow. The girls in the travel agent talked it up so much- obviously haven't been. Once we got there we were shocked at the dirtiness of the place. Our room had steep stairs and I couldn't stand up once up the stairs at the bed (I'm 6'1 tall). Our 'double bed' was actually... More

My friends I stay here for a few days, do your self a favour and do not stay here. Apart from the appalling attitude towards customer service, there were heaps of things wrong with the cleanliness and usability of their room. There hardy any hot water after lunch, which after a day on the slopes, a hot shower would be... More

Legit, beds are horrible, weak water pressure some times non at all, no toilet paper, bins in the room not changed in 8 days. I could hear the conversations of other people on the other side of the building one night there was an actual fight. Rooms so small, you had one small cupboard for 4 peoples bags, I'm only... More

WiFi - non existent. Shared rooms - it's a back Packers. Breakfast - weetbix, rice bubbles or toast. Expect a back packers... More

Bathroom is tiny. Hot water is non existent. Continental breakfast is very limited. Beds are filthy, there are other people's pubes in the beds and it smells. I'd rather sleep in the car. Don't be fooled. What you should expect from this place is about on par to a cheap backpackers.

Bad wifi, tiny rooms, minimal pressure and hot water in showers, can barely move in bathrooms, cold blankets, hair balls in bed, smelly hot tub, very average breakfast, really enjoyed doing my own dishes. Damm Daniel. Just budget in general
