This was quite literally the worst place I've ever stayed at. The room was so tiny, literally jam packed with beds in quad share room and the bathroom was so small you could literally wash your hands in the sink while using the toilet. The walls are paper thin meaning you hear everything your neighbours do and the people are... More

Three us of us stayed 9 nights here recently, via a booking made through ozsnow. The price was very reasonable for the self contained room, despite the room being small it was cosy and practical. Majority of the staff and very friendly and helpful. The wifi (if you chose not to pay) in the communal area is good sometimes, when... More

Free continental breaky was basic but good (cereal and toast). Rooms have a very rudimentary kitchen (hot plate, pots and pans). we cooked in our room three of the six nights there mainly pasta and fried meat dishes (spag bog, tuna and rice etc). Helped to get hot plate from adjacent room (which we also had booked) and have two... More

Just going uphill to the lodge (esp after skiing or snowboarding) is crazy. Dont expect anything luxurious but everything that is provided is enough imo. The toilet is a bit too small but works for me and no mugs or utencils in the rooms, but you can take them from the kitchen.. i think. There should be more hot pools... More

Reavers has been the sickest place I've stayed at - great value for money and a wonderful environment. The best part of the experience was the kindhearted and caring nature of the receptionist Danielle, who I first mistook for an angel sent to guide me.

Met plenty of amazing people here aged 18-30, of all different nationalities and cultures. Not a hotel, but not a hostel. Loved the hot spa! Great community kitchen with plenty of utensils, ovens, microwaves, also nice lounge area to socialise with wifi. Wonderful location for the price, just a 10 minute walk into town or an $8 cab fare if... More

As a student of tourism currently in the 3rd year of my course I highly recommend this lodge. You get what you pay for basically.. Yes the rooms are cramped.. But hey the reception staff are really friendly and will book what ever it is that you would like them to book. They are always smiling which is what you... More

The price is great, the location is great, not even a 10 minute walk to town. The front reception staff are really helpful. Was a bit disappointed that the wifi would not work on my Samsung phone and was informed it just doesn't work on them. The view is amazing see the picture and the room was cool, we stayed... More

I stayed for three nights at Reavers Lodge with two friends. It is in a good location just a couple of minutes walk into the town centre. There is a very steep hill leading up to the lodge which older people may find difficult. I had booked a 4 person room with enquired. We were supposed to have 2 bunk... More
