Stayed here a night - everything seemed nice & clean, and the yellow doors look great! Is only 2 and half years old. The receptionist accompanied us to our room and opened our door for us, wheeled my carry on bag which I thought was quite good service. We always seem to get stumped on getting either the lift or...

Dear Valued Guest, Hotel 115 is a boutique hotel situated right in the heart of the CBD. We have high quality rooms being unique in that no two rooms are the same either in size or shape. We offer our guests free seasonal fruit and Nespresso coffee at the reception area. We have 6 secure parking places at the basement...

We stayed here for two nights and loved it! The hotel is clean, chic, and contemporary, while maintaining the important feeling of comfort. We would stay here again! I didn't put 5 stars only because one of the male attendants wouldn't really look at or speak to me, he would only converse with my husband. It was a little annoying....

Dear Valued Guest, As an independently owned and run hotel it enables us to give the hotel our own brand of contemporary design and feel and we thank you for appreciating what we are trying to achieve. We do encourage our staff to give a personalised service to our guests and appreciate that in your case this was not as...

We asked for a room with a balcony and we ended up in a space so tiny we were bruised from hitting our elbows and knees against cupboards. We checked in after midnight to come to a child having a temper tantrum which was unpleasant after a late flight. At check out we saw other rooms with balconies that were...

Dear Valued Guest, Hotel 115 is unique in that no two rooms are the same either in size or shape. We have a mix of large and smaller rooms. We are currently building another wing which will include 7 large deluxe rooms which will give us greater flexibility on what type of room we can offer especially during times of...

A little more affordable than other hotels in CBD Christchurch, and maybe a little smaller in room size but fantastic service, great quality rooms. Would highly recommend. Simple, luxury design and comfortable beds.

We booked and paid for a superior queen room but the hotel was full and we were downgraded on arrival unknown to us (as we hadn't stayed before) to a very small standard with no window. We saw it briefly at first to drop our bags so were none the wiser and went to friends for dinner so didn't know...

Dear Valued Guest, We would please ask our guests that they read the description of the room carefully when they do their booking. Bookings are always confirmed back to the guest via Email. Hotel 115 does not downgrade guests. We do try and upgrade guests when availability allows. Any upgrade is normally done before 10pm as reception times are 7am-10pm...

We paid in full online. On arrival we were greeted well but shown to a tiny triangle shaped room. Yes it was modern and clean but I felt unhappy and a bit insulted to be given this room which was obviously one of the smallest. There were two tiny windows which strangely opened into our neighbor's patio! We didn't get...

Dear Valued guest, The room that you booked is called the budget room which is the smallest room in the hotel and is described as such and priced accordingly on our website. Why not pay a little bit extra and try our larger rooms or really treat yourself and try the luxurious honeymoon suite. Strict construction codes now mean Christchurch...

It's decent but really cramp. The toilet is pretty airplane-style, and you hit the bed the moment you step out of it. Room has modern settings with fancy switches and stuff, which is pretty much like a modern backpacker hotel.
