I had to rearrange my trip to make sure I didn't arrive after hours. I didn't realize you had to make "reservations" to get a parking place, as they only had limited spots. Luckily I found a sport several blocks down the street, but had to lug my stuff back to the hotel as there was no parking near the...

Dear Valued Guest, We are not sure if you have reviewed the correct hotel. Our reception hours are between 7am-10pm but we always have a duty manager that meets and checks in late arrivals so arriving after hours is not an issue. We have both outside and underground parking which has more than enough spaces for our guests to park...

This is in a great walking area surrounded by good cafes, restaurants, and bars. We completely enjoyed our short stay here. It is very close to new regent street is full of shops, and dining. The trolly service is directly outside the front door.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for staying with us recently and we are delighted that had an enjoyable and comfortable stay with us and took full advantage of our central location to go shopping and dining. As more buildings in the CBD are completed over the coming 2 years there will be even more choice for shopping and...

A number of things to comment on, starting with the front desk staff who were excellent. When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded (to room 6). We are always suspicious of this as you never know what the "from" and "to" really are. Anyway the room was a reasonable size but had a tiny window that was...

Friendly staff and great restaurant recommendations from the team (27 Steps and Francescas). Always love the decor and the little extras like fruit at reception. It's also a great location close to some fantastic cafes and restaurants.

Dear Valued Guest, Thanks so much for choosing to stay with us and making Hotel 115 your base for your business trips. Stayed here for a nights visit recently. Excellent location in the rebuild area and close to restaurants/ attractions The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and fruit provided for guests. However the room was very small, we couldn't even bring the bags in the rooms door without having to awkwardly squeeze them through the door as...

Dear Valued Guest, Hotel 115 has a total of 37 rooms 9 of which are smaller standard or superior type rooms aimed at the budget minded or short stay traveler. The remaining rooms are much larger together with complimentary packages with our Deluxe rooms. For that little extra cost please do try one of our larger rooms and enjoy the...

Comfortable room. Helpful, friendly staff. Convenient location. Many restaurants close. Easy walking distance to area attractions. Staff willing assisted with phone calls and assisted with sorting out tour difficulties. They directed us to local restaurants and helped us find many popular sites. Their suggestions for shopping areas were not as helpful and we left christchurch buying very few souvenirs.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for staying with us at Hotel 115. Lovely looking hotel and that's where it ends. First room we were given had a non-controlable vent blasting cold air directly over the bed, requested assistance with this from the night manager and got a curt brush off that we'd need to put up and shut up till morning (this was after having to walk back down stairs after midnight...

Dear Valued Guest, The first room that you stayed in was one of our brand new Deluxe King rooms. You have rung our night manager up after midnight who politely explained to you that the air vents are centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted except by Mechanical Engineers as by law a certain volume of fresh air needs to be...

Lovely comfortable hotel in the center of downtown, right by the cathedral and tram pickup for the Tramway Dinner (also an excellent experience). Hotel 115 had every amenity we needed and the staff was very helpful as well. There's a parking garage beneath the hotel available for $10/night. Plentiful cafes and restaurants with a block radius.

Cost was 700+ for two nights, room was very small, even by european standards where I have travelled often by NZ it is minute Clean tidy and bed comfortable. We only stayed one night in end as I had bad fall and broke my shoulder. They were polite, but I still paid for the two nights.
