We stayed in a 2-BR suite with kitchenette and spa bath. It was quite comfortable and clean for our business travel, the stove top and fridge made it easy to prepare our own meals (saving money), and the bath/shower had good pressure with nice hot water. Cable and good wifi were a bonus and the beds + electric blankets were snuggly, with adequate closet space, and a nice french door overlooking the Riccarton Bush park. The price per person was very good, the location was extremely convenient to the Riccarton mall for shopping, and being about halfway between downtown and the airport, was very convenient for getting around Chch too. Being in a back room meant that it was very quiet for sleeping. Washing facilities were also available for a few $$ per load. Overall a great deal; would happily use again.

Instantly fell in love with the spa bath, room size was sufficient for our stay. Great location and relatively quite. Perfect place if you plan to be out and about. Staff were friendly and non intrusive. Rooms well sound proofed unless you leave a window open as we discovered from our neighbours at 11 at night....

Room was small but very well equipped with kitchenette. Small private courtyard. Great water pressure on shower which was over a spa bath. Complimentary toiletries. Quiet ticked away in 206 given its on a busy road. Bed was hard but unit warm. Had to wait for bed to be made on arrival at 4pm 🤔🤔 but unit very clean. Crack in ceiling in both bedroom and lounge. But unnerving given the earthquakes there. Couch very uncomfortable but overall good value

We were absolutly disapointed in this Motel, it was discustingly dirty and the staff really didn't give a dam.. The rooms were supposed to be serviced daily but in the five days we were there they were not done and if we asked for clean towels we were told they were busy we had to go to the office to get them. They stunk due to the carpets being wet from the bathroom, the water ran through to the main room carpet. If you are looking at this Motel think again, every other guest we spoke to said the same.

While the room was as described and adequate, we woke up in the morning to no hot water, nobody in reception and nobody answering the courtesy phone by the reception door at 8.30. When we eventually got hold of someone by phone we we told it might be fixed within half an hour - unfortunately we couldn't wait around for showers so had to take our stuff elsewhere to get showered. They also run an ad on their front page offering a $15 discount for staying Sunday, but the link goes nowhere, and there is no way to redeem it as they charge full price when booking on line. When I emailed multiple times to discuss or to try to get a resolution my emails have remained unanswered. My advice...go somewhere else there are many good looking motels in this area of Tech.

Location is fine The room was small as expected . Would be more spacious by having a smaller table. On entering I tripped over in the ripped hem on the curtain. Have managed to catch my foot in it a second time . My foot went into the loop in hem hanging down the second time. Booked for three nights. First morning staff opened the door despite the curtains being closed and asked if we needed anything? Privacy would be a good start ! Asked for clean face cloths which were provided. Alarmed when showering that it feels like the white wall of the shower is going to fall off. Not attached well. I was disgusted to see the cleaners gear was inside a paknsav trolley as I went outside . Surely not very professional? We left our motel about 10.30 am On returning back late afternoon our room had not been serviced . Disappointing . The edge of carpet to Lino going into both the kitchen and bathroom are dangerous with little nails sticking up . Ouch ! See how day two goes ?

Proximity to the Riccarton Mall was great, but the unit I was given was not up to a great standard. Curtains not attached properly, threadbare and fraying carpet adjacent to the bathroom, shower stool with black mould stains, creased and in-ironed duvet cover and worst of all was the large hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. It was hard to communicate with the reception staff due to the language barrier. Won’t be on my “stay again” list!

We needed somewhere to stay for the night but the bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs and the pillows felt like rocks. It's close to Riccarton Mall so I guess that's a plus. Rooms are just too small. Not likely to stay again.

What a lovely stay we had. We were in an upstairs room which had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great location and handy to the local supermarket at Westfield and nice and close to the city via drive or a 10 minute electric scooter drive.

Excellent location with buses and mall just down the street. Very clean and good value for money. Had everything you could possibly need and spa bath a delight. Great service, and really helpful freindly staff.
