Our original accommodation double booked us and then moved us into a local hotel that we walked in and walked straight back out in disgust! I called Quest, spoke to the very pleasant Aroha on reception, who booked us into two studio rooms. Upon arrival, she greeted us with a smile, processed us quickly and recommended parking options, as all...

Average room for the average price. Reception staff made you feel like you were disturbing them whenever you asked a question. However bed was comfortable and close to the main shopping precinct. Can walk every where.

Booked the three-bedroom apartment with my friends for a night. It was a two-storey apartment, swayed a fair bit when we were there but was told it's normal. You get used to the motion after awhile. Each room came with a double bed, and one of the rooms had a tv in it. The apartment comes with a kitchen, washing...

Have stayed here a number of times & found the location handy to everything. Good walking distance to most things in central Wellington. Bathroom a bit small & some bedrooms are tight. Can only just fit around the slide of the bed. Rubbish trucks are noisy at about 3am. Rooms tired & could do with a redecorate. Staff are helpful....

This is a well equipped apartment, conveniently located in the city. The kitchen is well stocked. Large living area. Have a very small gym in the building. Unfortunately, I found this room very noisy, even with the bedroom having a door that you can close. One small window in the bedroom that is not double glazed. Small bathroom.

All good. Clean, central and everything needed. Easy checkin and checkout. No pressure on checkout time which is always good. Stay regularly at Quest around New Zealand. Consistent quality and service. Recommended.

Rooms are what one would expect for this type of accommodation; bit tired and in need of a spruce up. But location is great. I was on the 9th floor, with my room just above the neighbouring air vent which luckily turned off at 8:30. Other than that there was almost no noice. The gym is 24 hours and is...

Great central location, small basic clean & comfortable room with cooking & washing facilities. The room was facing Johnston st & was quite noisy in the late evening. Value for money - no, very over priced for what we got.

Positives: spotlessly clean, rear rooms have no street noise, friendly receptionists, short walk to shops and TSB Arena, great kitchenette. Negatives: Ugly view of the exterior wall of the next building a metre or so awy. Thin interior walls with no soundproofing - we could hear EVERYTHING happening in the bedroom next door including the couple having sex. The 1...

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Visited 3 times, arrived at midnight each time, with easy check in, the staff were always happy, big smile and always keen to assist with local knowledge. Our stay was for 7 nights, everything in the room worked well, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Rooms were cleaned and freshened daily. Quest is...
