We stayed at the hotel which is in the best location in Wellington...right in the middle of the action. The hotel has great reception staff very helpful and happy to assist with every single request. The rooms are spacious and modern. The best place to stay in Wellington.

Reception the hear of a service industry was reasonable poor to them to park a car is a straight $28 but they do not give options this is expensive for just overnight stay ended up costing me $14 and I'm just a visitor to NZ. Breakfast was just so so far better at Rotorua for the same costs. Bathroom was...

I stayed here for one night during the weekend. Check-in was easy and fast. I'd booked a superior room which I thought would be more like a standard room in any other hotel of the same rating. The bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade. It was obviously old but at least it was clean. The towels provided were...

Great central location, staff available, not overbearing. Comfortable room, most basic extras... kettle, tea/coffee, mini fridge all in room. Clean, lots of great affordable restaurants nearby. Make sure to bring converters and USB connectors etc. as none in-room.

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Contiki tour and it was a pleasant stay. Location was fairly decent could walk everywhere. The staff were all really helpful whenever we needed them and breakfast was nice as well. The room I had with 3 of my friends was quite spacious and the bathroom was a decent size...

As we were starting and finishing our holiday in the North Island, we stayed overnight in room 211 then, two weeks later, stayed overnight again, this time in room 309. We haven't stayed at this hotel before but were pleased and happy with the choice. The hotel is ideally located near an AVIS rental car branch and is within a...

You have to park on the street to book in and then as it a one way system find your way into the underground parking lot for $26 per night. The room we had was large and well appointed, but as it was warm day, it was hot in the room and as it had no air conditioning we had...

You take it for granted these days that all hotels have air conditioning. Unfortunately this one does not. None of the rooms offer it. It's in a great location and the decor and interiors are fine enough. Just be wary of the lack of AC in the summer. A 10cm diameter desk fan is included, however, and a heater. Neither...

We were surprisingly able to check in early on the day of a family wedding, which was a huge bonus and allowed us to get our clothing ironed and sorted. Staff were exceptionally friendly - especially housekeeping who recognised us and greeted us each time we passed each other. Reception staff ordered our requested taxi efficiently. There was no fan...
