I once stayed here around 10 years ago and loved it. The place has really gone down hill since then. Poor lighting, paint lifting off the walls, tv not tuned in and to top things off, construction guys started working outside my 2nd floor window at 7am! No prior warning from reception. I was told the room came with Wifi... More

I was in Wellington on a combination business/pleasure trip and I selected the Quest because the hotel I originally wanted was sold out and because this was near my conference venue. I also liked the fact that it had a full kitchenette. On the positive side: You can't beat the location. It was easy to access everything I needed and... More

The studio apartment had a fair amount of room, was beautifully clean, with a kitchenette providing everything I required. Shower best yet in Wellington. Tidy decor but really dated and lighting so dim it presented a basically decent room badly. Yes, it's noisy - 4:00am rubbish trucks and street cleaners which probably means I won't be back but it's a... More

Really enjoy our stay. Yhe room was large, very clean with a comfortable bed and good shower. The location was perfect. we walked to local attractions from here ( Te Papa, wall memorial, cuba street) and the main shops are right by the hotel. Close to waterfront and loads of top restaurants ans cafes near by.

Really liked this hotel, it was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The location was central to everything. Initially we thought it was going to be a rather noisy night because of the daytime traffic, but luckily it settled down and we enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. The only downside is that the... Quest Wellington is central to everything that we wanted to do in Wellington. It has a friendly front desk although it does not have someone there 24/7. Outside of those times you use your room key for entry. The room had everything that we needed although being used to a very soft bed I found it a bit too firm.... More

Very cute, tidy and comfortable. One bedroom apartment with a dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Brilliant. Not a single thing to complain about. We arrived after hours and there was easy to follow instructions. Also very affordable.

The beloved and I were in Welly for some strange combo of fun and 'get up at 6am and look at traffic' type work, and needed a central base. Yes, its central. I'm sure, though, that it could be better. The pluses ... well enough kitted out kitchen, and most of what you'd need for a longer stay. A great... More

My wife and I felt properly let down after or stay at Quest. We were received quite wonderfully by the young ladies at the reception, and we thought that the cleaning ladies were very friendly but that's where it ended. Our apartmentt was run down. My chair had a great rip in the upholstery, the washing machine stopped at intervals and... More
