I have stayed at this motel twice in the past and I am sorry to say that the place is going backwards very fast. The heater in our room was taken off the wall and the replacement heater on the floor would not work. The spa bath air switch on the bath did not work and when I told management...

Bland customer service. Ditch the milk on arrival! Might try asking the customer if they want milk. The room was clean, overpriced. Close to Cuba street. Laundry available. Accommodating for camper van parking.

Clean, relatively spacious rooms and apartments with a small kitchenette and bathroom, car parking on the yard. Good location at Victoria street near pedestrian Cuba street and the town centre. Reasonable prices. .

Firstly, this motel is in a great location and perfect for families. A short walk either through the back gate of the property or down Ghuznee St to Cuba St and you're in the thick of things. The location is quiet, there is free parking and we found the one bedroom unit spacious, exceptionally clean and with nice modern furnishings,...

We've stayed here as a family probably more than ten times over the past few years. The location is excellent - probably the best central-city accommodation with a decent parking area. A two minute walk and you're in the hustle and bustle of Cuba Street - with plentiful cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are always clean and tidy...

Previously stayed here & booked again when in Wellington for Keith Urban/Carrie Underwood concert. Due to flight delay we arrived after reception had closed. I had phoned ahead to advise & late check-in arrangements made. Studio room was clean & spacious. Bathroom large with great shower, window latch needs attention though. We enjoyed our stay, lots of cafes & restaurants...

Have used this place regularly, but the change of ownership is noticeable. The door of the unit repainted is a little shabby with paint on the door lock, water left in the kettle and put away in the cupboard, window catches needing attention. Have always enjoyed this place for its convenient location.

This motel is in the perfect spot. A five minute walk to the city. Close to restaurants. For those who have hire cars. The motorway North and the road to airport are 50 metres up the road The staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable Could do with an update of the furniture and carpet!

We really loved the location of this motel as it was very convenient for the conference we were attending. It would be handy for most of the Wellington CBD. It's one block away from the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Cuba Street; we were spoilt for choice when deciding where to eat. We were in a studio room which was...

Confusion with booking on arrival, but sorted out with no problem after a few minutes. The room was fine with all the usual expected facilities. The really good thing about this hotel is the location. It is just a 2 minute walk from Cuba Street which is packed with restaurants and bars and is really lively in the evenings. The...
