This was our first night together away from the kids in 3yrs so we wanted it to be lovely and it really was. Warm welcome and excellent accommodation. Plenty of room to relax in private lounge. Spa tucked away in the garden and gorgeous views of the sunset over the harbour. We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast certainly... More

My fiancée and I recently stayed here for an overnight getaway. We read reviews and made the decision to have a break just before the wedding. The accommodation was a lovely as it looks, views are lovely, cooked breakfast was very delicious (and big), and the hosts were warm and welcoming. Thank you once again.

I have just returned from a lovely weekend attending a wedding in Wellington with friends. We were lucky to stay at The Walnut Tree. Jasmin and her family were so welcoming, considerate and well organised. The characterful house is well set out so guests have privacy, but also have the luxury of their own generous well appointed living area with... More

We were treated to a very special night away at the Walnut Tree B&B in Eastbourne. This B&B is in the quiet seaside village of Eastbourne. It is a beautiful old house under the shade of a large Walnut tree. Even the entrance way with its old walnut door under a curved creeper lined doorway was quite entrancing. The whole... More

The guest area in the Walnut Tree comprises the full top floor of the house. Additionally there are two other bedrooms, but the whole floor is only let out to one guest group. A full cooked breakfast provided a... More

I had my hen's weekend here. We were 5 mature women who wanted luxury accommodation with fine decor, luxurious beds, copious towels, big bath room, spa pool, garden balcony with calming water feature, gorgeous sea views from the bedroom and large, comfy lounge. We had our own utility area with fridge and crockery- great for our happy hour. It was... More

It's not hard to recommend this B&B. It's so close to the city yet feels a million miles away! We stayed for one night as a little escape from the day to day of Wellington and found the hosts to be very welcoming.
