This hotel has a somewhat dated feel to it, but that only lends to the charm of the place. The room was clean and tidy. The only slight negative I had from my stay is that I wanted to make the most of the gym facilities but the equipment in there was all old, broken or both. Otherwise very friendly...

Our room was on the 3rd floor, very big room if a bit dated, nice balcony to sit out on with wine and cheese. We were at the end of a block which was nice, did hear people next door occasionally. However, on the last night we were there 3 busloads of overseas rugby players arrived at around 9pm and...

Nice hotel with clean rooms, clean bathroom, nice towels, and quiet. The staff are very friendly and welling to help out with information about local food, places to see and other questions we had. Only stayed one night but it was enjoyable. Again the room was basic but clean and the people made it nice`

Yep, have to agree, this place does not look much from the outside. However, this is a well kept secret. As someone has reviewed before me,it is 1970 decor but the staff are friendly and you can tell that they try to maintain the character of the place. The room we had was clean and spacious, with a certain charm. Love this...

Rooms were very oldish and dated. The double bed was way too small for two people. There is more than enough space for a queen bed , they should seriously consider upgrading it. On top of it the bed was way too soft and bouncy, you will definitely wake up your partner with any movement. Room was very big though...

My room (No 124) have buckled carpet and almost tripped myself!. The room a bit dull and dark. The toilet seat is right to wall! When I sat on it and my shoulder rub the wall maybe suitable for drunk person or sleepy person? It is very clean but other way is really disappointed. The swimming pool seems not invite...

The hotel has the charm and decor of the 1970s. From the outside it has the negative 1970s look, but once you get inside, the decor is very nice. The furnishing in the common areas match the age of the hotel well, but are of high standard. The only thing that was missing was staff in suits and tails! The...

We stayed here recently, at the presidential suite and it was amazing stay. The hotel staff were helpful and gave us great details on what to visit on our short stay. The room itself had a nice view, however the interior of the hotel needs some renovations (not majorly but minor) such as higher shower pressure, and fixing the loose...
