OK, so I chose it because it was cheap and there is basically nothing wrong. The room is clean but there are a few things that are not quite right. The room is too small; so much so that there isn't anywhere to put suitcases without falling over them at times. The TV signal isn't good and the WiFi connection...

This place is pretty awful. The manager is friendly enough but the rooms are dire and you hardly have any Internet allowance. The bathroom was horrid and the whole room hadn't been properly clean. Wouldn't stay here again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Not the worse place I have stayed in however it was in need of a good vacuum the fridge was dirty, hair dryer didnt work leaking taps, in need of spruce up and good clean, its dated and tired, car parking is for small cars only and even then it is very tight. There is only 3 satellite channels and...

The motel is a short drive from the town centre. The owner is very helpful and advises on local sights. Parking on site and free wifi. The apartment (2 bedroomed) is rather tired and the sitting area and one bedroom are combined. OK for parents and children. Kitchen equipment needs upgrading. Comfortable beds and outside sitting area. Godd value for...

It's in pretty good location, very drive able distance from most of the tourist attractions in Rotorua. My favourite thing was how cute and functional the rooms are! The gentleman who owns it is also very knowledgeable on the area and was very helpful with attractions and discounts.

Stayed here for a couple of nights this week with a friend. We had two units, a King and Queen, just across the way from each other. Both were clean and tidy, although possibly a bit dated now, however we slept well so no problems with the beds. The manager was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sightseeing in...

On arrival, we were greeted by what we thought was a friendly, approachable man. He did not hesitate in telling us about his extravagant life or telling us what activities we had to do so we could name drop him & strengthen his relationship with other businesses because he is relatively new here. We asked to see the room before...

Being a cheap place to stay in Rotorua (because of an UB40 concert skyrocketing the prices of city hotels) we chose this one to sleep at. For one night, it was OK (free parking), but the motel definitely needs a refurbishment. A bit smelly reception, faded walls, furniture and not-always-working wifi aren't the things we would expect.

Group of 5 staying for one night. Unit had one bigger room with living, kitchen and 3 beds and a smaller room with double bed. The larger room was very crowded and the beds were very small. In my opinion the room can hold 4 people max. The motel is suppose to have sky (cable) channels and they indeed do,...

We liked to stay with Mr. Yong and his staff, and we liked to talk about the things of the world. He had many good ideas about things to do for free or cheap. He even had reduction vouchers for the thermal wonderland of Wai O Tapu. We liked the Samoan village appearance of the whole place. The only drawback...
