Thank you for your comments both good and bad. I will follow up with our Housekeeper regarding the items you mentioned in the room. We do have plans for exterior painting this summer, assuming we get the right weather.

Lovely hotel w great staff. Just slightly out of city centre, nice & peaceful. Good size room. They have firm & soft pillow options in the room. Restaurant in hotel has reasonable priced buffet dinner.

Our Outdoor spa pools are free to use, and are open from 0630 - 2230 daily. Generally they are kept about a temperature of 36 degrees centigrade, and the swimming pool ranges between 30 - 34 degrees centigrade depending on the time of year, we keep it warmer in winter.
