We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Sudima right beside Lake Rotorua; room 426 was clean, comfortable with modern furnishings. WIFI was good. Buffet dinner and breakfast were not special but certainly good enough and plentiful. They have a nice spa (appointment required but no fee) and indoor pool. The magnetic key card for pool entry has to be taken...

Amazing massage therapist Sue. I have had a fair lot of massages around the world and I can highly recommend and say Sue is the best ever. Magic hands! She picks up injuries and problem areas, works to release and make you feel incredible. Her massage is a firm treatment, can't wait to treat myself again!! So glad ou are...

Stayed here last week when travelling for business. Found the hotel to be clean, well located and reasonably priced. The check in process was a little slow and appeared to be quite manual. Maybe they had a computer issue that day ?. The room was a bit dated but still comfortable.

Located right by the lake but close to the centre, Eat Street, shops and facilities. A large, modern hotel offering comfortable accommodation and a good range of facilities. Large, well equipped and comfortable room. Large car park, laundry facilities and free wifi available. Helpful and friendly staff.

This was our first time to Rotorua and we were not prepared for the smell. As you are on the lake you do have to get used to the smell but that is obviously not the hotels fault. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and we had no issues with our stay. Would gladly stay here again.

I don't think this can be beaten for cheap Clean accomodation for a couple next to the lake, Staff were amazing and really helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The internet was a little crappy at the time but they advised that it was under upgrade and did everything they could to accomodate us. Bet comfortable

Next to Polynesian Spa and the shops are within walking distance. But you will need to get used to tour groups as many tour groups stay in this hotel. Especially during breakfast time, where they have allocated designated tables for different tour groups.

From the minute we pulled up I loved it. Every staff member that passed by me smiled and acknowledged me. Every time I walked in to reception, someone asked how I was and how could they help me, most of the time just as I walk thru the door. Beds were comfy, would stay here again

We stayed 5 nights at Sudima. Great location only a 10 min walk into central Rotorua. You can enjoy a walk through beautiful Government gardens on your way to Eat Streat for dinner. Polynesian Spa is across the road. Yes there is a sulphur smell at that part of town but it's only strong in certain parts and is part...
