We had a family room, which was clean and comfortable! This Motel has an appealing swimming pool abet small and guests may also use the tennis court next door, there is also a spa but we didn't use that Location is located away from the main street yet only a 5/10 minute easy walk to the waterfront and downtown Paihia....

My husband and I together with four other friends were very pleased with this property and Gary was extremely generous and allowed us to leave one day earlier than we had booked for which was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he gave us some very good advice with regards tours etc. Thank you Gary for...

Our 1 bedroom unit had an unusual but important feature- a part of the wall between the small lounge and bedroom had been cut out enabling TV to be see either in the bedroom or lounge. This Motel has an appealing swimming pool and guests may also use the tennis court next door. Location is just off the main drag...

Stayed at this property while attending the Bay of Islands Food and Wine Festival - it was a little walk away from the main centre but very handy all the same. It was clean and tidy and very reasonably priced - proprietors very welcoming and friendly and I would return.

First visit here with my family. It is a very comfortable and warm stay. Recommended. You could find everything you needed in the room - hair dryer, tea, coffee, milk, heater, etc. We even cook in the room ourselves with the kitchen attached, everything is good.

Casa Bella had all the amenities and was clean and quiet. Distance to the main esplanade was a 10 min slow walk. Overall it was good value and would be happy to stay there again if we went back to Paihia.

Got re-booked here from the hotel next door and it was a blessing in disguise! Nice, clean room with a useful kitchenette and great bathroom. Free unlimited wifi and cable was a bonus as was the pool which we had to ourselves. The architecture and surroundings were nice and did not feel like a simple motel. Easy walk to the...
