Do not stay in this motel if you want to sleep. I had no sleep due to the noise of what appeared to be permanent residents at this property. Firecrackers going off outside my unit at 11pm, tv's blaring all night, cars coming and going all night. People outside the units talking until 5am! This was a Tuesday night. Also...

The place looked fine from the roadway but the room was just okay, basic, not a standout. To lift this place's rating the owners could spruise it up a bit,it just needed some tender loving care. Not dreadful but not outstanding. The road noise was a bit much to begin with, but did die down later in the evening.I wouldnt rush back here and...

The room was cleaned but the ants walking through the kitchen up the walls tell me that the cleaning schedule is not worth the $180 we payed for the two bed room unit.the cobweb nest in the curtain and around the room look disgusting. The cracked light switches in the bathroom are very dangerous, never ever have I seen such poor maintenance...

Stayed upstairs for one night and only paid $99, so quite good value/price for a motel on the strip in Hamilton. Our unit was a bit dated and tired, but reasonably clean and tidy, certainly not spotless, as there was some mould stains in the bathrrom and on the wall panels. Needs a bit of TLC and a tidy up...

Rooms are a bit dated, but owner was very helpful and it was very clean which is great. one thing I really rated was the amount of shampoo, soaps etc in the bathrooms they really make sure you don't run out of products. 10 points for that. overall an enjoyable stay many thanks :)

Highly disappointed by this man. He is rasist an very disrespectful. If you have coloured skin dont stay here he will make you feel unwelcome. The room was very cold. Its summer and I needed an electric blanket. Nice rooms overall they were very big. Just disappointed with the service we recieved.

The host with the most. Very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were tired and in need of renovations. Quite a few light bulbs were out. For a family unit the kitchen needed a larger pot. Cold on arrival but once the heater was sorted we were ok.

Very nice guy, great room. Have stayed twice and will definitely again if in Hamilton. I am now filling in words - why do you have write at least 200 characters? Discourages me from writing good short review, I am not someone with nothing better to do (unlike some that simply look for fault so they can write about it)..
