Had a lovely one bedroom on the third floor. Room was very clean and had plenty of room for two. Quiet and so close to everything. Staff were happy to help where they could. Will definitely stay again.

Only stayed one night in this centrally located apartment, walking distance to shops and restaurants, Starbucks on the corner and Subway across the road if you don't want to walk anywhere. Car parking available at a cost and has to be booked in advance, located at the rear of the main entrance. Staff were friendly, but not available 24/7, not...

We only stayed 1 night before flying back to Australia. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and the beds were really small and the sheets smelled really off. Either was not laundered well or it smelled like it was already used. It put us off our sleep. Disappointing since we loved the Quest in Rotorua Central. The parking on the...

Stayed 5 days whilst working in Hamilton. Novotel usually my preferred place to stay but was booked out. Has everything you need including small kitchenette plus washer/dryer which was useful. Small double bed, awful pillows average comfort. Small 2 seater sofa ,not somewhere that was comfy to spend the evening on. 2 hours free wifi but the guy on reception...

Good location for this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the additional space was handy. There are many shops and restaurants around and easy to park. The staff provides good services and the rates are usually reasonable.

up to the usual high standard we now expect from Quest on Ward. Had on street entertainment with the fire brigade arriving to a false alarm across the road. Quiet and comfortable with genuine friendly hosts

Clean & tidy apartment. Helpful reception staff. Very close to shops, restaurants & museum. It's a good idea to pay an extra $10.00 to have a reserved, secure car parking space behind the apartment building. We stayed in Room 310 which we were told is the best apartment! It has a small balcony overlooking Ward Street. For a city centre...

What a great location - extremely close to Central Place shopping centre, cinema and a very convenient Starbucks. The street seems to be filled with loading zones and metered parking so paying extra for use of parking building worth it in my opinion, as we walked most places. Apartment was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and...

Great location. Nicely furnished. Very spacious. Big bathroom. Nice kitchen. Free movies. Secure parking. Secure entrance. Quiet. Friendly staff. Clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Spent 2 weeks in paihia, one day in Auckland and then the last 2 nights of our honeymoon here. We had an evening dinner and tour at Hobbiton booked and wanted to stay half...
