We stayed here for about 6 days and found that the location was excellent for getting around Auckland. When we arrived we received a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, which had a great corner window view of the city and was not too noisy from the main road. The apartment was a bit out-dated...

I stayed here with my friend and our daughters...the oven stink like old fish when turned on, my friends daughter got an electric shock from the light switch...and to top it off when my friend was having her morning shower (after a rainy night) she noticed the paper and plaster was peeling off the wall and the ceiling was bulging...with...

I travel to Auckland on a regular basis and have stayed in a number of the $100 ish per night apartments. This was the only cheap one left due to a concert at the Vector arena. 2nd floor one bedroom apartment was ok but noisy all night due to traffic on Nelson Street. Needs some updating. Quite a walk down...

Booked and stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The unit was good and comfortable. Had a number of maintainace issues and it was not perfectly clean but for the price paid it represented good value. I would stay again. Location was okay but a little noisy due to main road. Is walkable to city centre but a little too far...

This is a good option if like us you have children or you like to be able to have self catering facilites and the pirce is very reasonable, it is definately on the drab side though and could do with a bit of a face lift. It is perfect if you only have a couple of days and will mainly...

We stayed one week at the Quest apartments on Nelson Street and we recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - The hotel is close to almost everything (downtown Auckland, Queen Street, Foodstore, restaurants, shops, ...); - We hired a two apartments room and we had wonderful views upon the harbour from the living-room, we had also very nice views...

The service was good as was the location being a short walk into the city centre. Unfortunately, there no sound proofing and it sounds like the windows are open when they are closed and sitting on a major road, this meant no sleep on the first night. If you choose to stay here, bring ear plugs.

Right on the motorway exit so not the quietest location. Simple clean layout but getting worn out. Wobbly bed, good appliances, some rooms are better insulated than others. Just enough hot water for one bath and it won't be hot for at least 4 hours. I wouldn't say spectacular view. Make sure the staff get your booking right. Felt safe...

The place was a little hard to find, and because it's on a one way street, can be difficult to get in and out fast. Overall the room was ok,I stayed in a one bedroom apartment, but it's more of a studio apartment,as it has only a small wooden door to seperate the bedroom from the main area, also the sliding door was broken...
