The location is excellent just 2 min away from Queen st (main road in Auckland. Staff is very friendly and always keen to help. Bathroom is clean and new. And its not a dry hostel which means that you can buy your own alcohol and have there. its a good deal for backpackers because in Auckland one beer cost minimum... More

Budget hostel with satisfactory customer services and facilities. Very best located just next to the famous Sky Tower in the heart of Auckland CBD. Supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, shopping malls, bus, train and ferry terminals are in the door steps. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean and tidy enough. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. A big group of long-term guests who... More

Stayed here for 2 nights after arriving in Auckland. The girls showers on one floor didn't have any hot water so had to go up/down a floor. Relatively clean bathrooms but rooms weren't that clean and there was a hole in our room which led to noisy floors below. You have to pay for wifi which costs a lot but... More

It's a basic hostel. You get what you pay. Warm enough to sleep in winter. Bathroom clean, kitchen a little bit messy I think but you can cook and at least make your own breakfast. Tips: you can buy your food, wines, etc in big supermarket just go to the left from the hostel. Thanks to the staff named Mohammad,... More

Only stay here if you are desperate or read the wrong type of reviews like me! Staff do only what they need to do. You need to pay a cash bond for your key or leave them your passport. You can leave your luggage in a store room. There is a lift but its a key-code entry to get into... More

Where should i start? The room are quite small, but for this price, don't complain, but, the thin mattress is just horrible, it's more like a beach mattress than a real bed. plus the bed sheets were dirty, sweet. Pillows, so thin that i had to put some clothes to make it bigger. Then, kitchen, in a basement. not very... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I had my private security box that was padlocked broken into and $1000 cash and my iPad stolen. Do not stay here unless you want to risk your belongings, even after taking security measures to prevent it. The staff were reluctant to help or be understanding and despite the theft, were unwilling to... More

Cheap and kind of cheerful. Party place, centre of town but good, friendly vibe. I had a tiny one bed room, noisy and hot but didn't expect much for the money in the city centre. Very central. Watch out for prices at Wilson car park - costs a fortune. Street parking not too bad.

The room was awfull. It was grey and there was only a bed and a half-broken fan in it. It was kind of depressing. The room smelled terrible. We had the fan on and the door open but the smell didn't go away. The bed was dirty. The staff was helpfull and give us a sort of stick with a... More
