We stayed here for one night as part of our honeymoon trip tour, (wish we spend more nights). The staff was so welcoming and they upgraded our room for free which is generous. They even prepared bottles of sparkling wine for us and a congratulations card. We appreciate Ruth and the team for making sure we had a lovely stay. The room is so tidy and the view from our room is amazing too. We'll definitely be back to stay again ♥️

The room is comfortable enough, but as a previous reviewer noted it's the little things that make the difference. My big beef this time was with the non-existent room service. My call with a dinner order was answered with a message saying to leave a message and they'd call back. 45 mins later and nothing. Spoke with reception. Nothing. So I went out and spent my money elsewhere. On my last stay I had a similar experience with breakfast. On that occasion staff shortages was the excuse. Really?? Unfortunately across the Sky City empire there seems to be a real lack of commitment to providing consistent service to an acceptable standard. Lots of fine words, but your marketing team and your service delivery team are seriously out of sync. And that's a shame.

Booked the Deluxe King Room and traveled with a teen and a 10 year old. It was a special trip so we chose a nice hotel to stay in. Very pricey for a small room with basic amenities. But the room and toilet were clean, bed comfortable, and the staff were really very nice. Plus it was in a very good location with all the nice restaurants just around the hotel. Would love to stay again if we get a good deal.

Too many small thing make for a disappointing stay. In this instance the fridge hade a 3/4 consumed coke. Cheese and crackers that have been melted to the packaging. Rubbish left in the bin after housekeeping (at least it was mine) and a terrible interaction at the restaurant downstairs where I waited 10 minutes not to even be asked if. Would like a drink. No I am not a whiner by nature but this was just no good. The room was ok, bed was fine but my view out the window into a COVID-19 isolation hotel was also less than inspiring. Too many other choices in hotels in Auckland and that is an obvious statement but never again Simply poor.

WE Were assured our chosen rooms had been secured. When we arrived they were not available so we had difficulty in celebrating our birthdays in private. If you are told by an operator that everything was arranged . DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Pool was COLD It took FOUR calls over four hours to get a rollout bed delivered
