Our suite on the fifth floor was very spacious and comfortable. The traffic was a bit noisy in the morning and afternnon peak so would recommend staying on a higher floor. One disappointing aspect was that there was no free wi-fi in the room. Free wi-fi was only available in the foyer by asking for a password at reception. I...

Great option over a stuffy hotel room especially if you are staying for a week. Rooms are big with kitchenette and laundry. Everything was comfortable and clean. They make you pay for parking $26 per day, which is in a secure area accessible from the lifts. This seems to be a common thing though. We booked this place as we...

We stayed at the Quay West Suites where we had a one bedroom suite that overlooked part of the Viaduct and part of the harbour. The suite had everything you would need for a long stay, washing machine and dryer, separate lounge/kitchen and bedroom. The location is perfect, just a short block back from Queen Street and Britomart and the...

This hotel is like a home away from home. Very welcoming and friendly staff - Misha on the front desk is always helpful, nothing is too much to ask. Spacious rooms and very comfortable. I will be back.

Location is great, so close to the centre and harbour. Staff was friendly and room was clean and cosy. The view from our room was really nice. Definitely will come back to stay there again. Will recommend this place to my friends & family.

This a great hotel to stay at located close to Auckland center and port. Our room was on the 14th floor. Great views, the room was clean, well equipped and comfortable but is in need of a little refurbishment. We stayed from Wednesday to Saturday. A little noisy on Friday night. Internet is very expensive if used in the room....

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Its location is within walking distance of the cruise terminal. It is within walking distance of many attractions as well as restaurants, coffee houses etc. The view was exquisite. The suites are large and well equipped with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had two issues. 1. The wifi is...

This is a comfortable Hotel. I had a suite very high up looking over the harbour and the view was stunning - but the noise really travels upwards in Auckland on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. It was quite loud at 3am! Another oddity is that there is only a coffee shop in the hotel, and the breakfast...
