We were lucky enough to have a higher floor looking out towards the harbour, loved it. The room was a two bedroom apartment and although it has everything it is starting to look a little tired. One thing I missed in the room was the book that explained all the times/facilities etc of the place. Also missing was the book...

I stayed at The Sebel Quay West Auckland for only one night. My flight landed very early and I wasn't expecting my room to be ready before 11am. I felt very welcomed at the reception where they provided me with some water, wi-fi and kept my bags so I could go somewhere while waiting for my room. My room was...

This was our first hotel on a 4 week trip to New Zealand travelling with 2 couples. The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for us. We were there for 3 nights. There was a large balcony with a view over the city although much building and demolition work dominated the view. There was also work...

We are a family of four, and we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. We should have found a place that had two+ proper beds instead, because the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off of the frame and putting it on the floor. Aside from that, the room was pretty good. The bedroom was a...

This isn't the most luxurious hotel in the world but it is an all apartment hotel, it was great to have a kitchen and laundry. Location is perfect although there is construction of the new underground outside but we found it well sound proofed. Staff are very accommodating, The rooms have not been fully renovated for some time but have...

The Hotel was pretty good over all, but the apartment we had needed a little bit of maintenance in relation to the roller blinds, some of them were broken and not working. Not something that the hotel can control but the building site across the road started pole driving about 7.30am, so no sleep in.
