Clean, comfortable, everything that I wanted. I've stayed tower wing, I think it was good choice cause Nelson street is more wider and quiet and nice entrance. It was good experience even I left my mobile phone charger. Definitely great hotel.

Lovely classic building in the heart of Auckland, close to shops, restaurants and activities. Rooms are lovely and large, timber floors, nice layouts, only downer was the noise of the city that came through the large windows. Service was great and if you somewhere to enjoy a view of the city and water the rooftop pool area is a must...

After one and a half days flights from Amsterdam we were very happy to arrive at our hotel, the taxi took us to the right entrance (make a note of the correct one). The welcome at the reception was great and we were whisked off to our Tower room very quickly where we crashed out quite exhausted but happy. We...

We stayed at the Heritage for a couple of nights in April. We stayed in a suite in the Tower Wing (there was an April special on), which is the more modern part of the complex. The room was on the 12th floor and had great view. Also great views from the pool terrace. Great spot for a drink in...

This is my go to hotel in Auckland whenever over the ditch for work. I always choose a 1 bedroom executive apartment and if you follow my lead, you will not have an excuse to complain. If you like clean lines, choose the tower, if you like character, choose the hotel side. The old timber beams in the hotel side...

We stayed here last two nights of a three week trip in NZ, three of us in the "two room/two bed" suite. I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor, which we got. We overlooked the rooftop pool, which is where we spent the majority of our time (beautiful views of bay and sky tower)--perfect place to...

The hall way to the room was stuffy and strong smell of old carpet. It needs retouching the whole interior. Accomodation was clean enough. The bathtub is very small. To get to the outdoor and indoor pool was a mission with not clear signage and it's quite a distance too.

Had stayed before , lovely room in main building, this time shunted to a nasty motel room looking over a service road on Nelson St. Cold, bathroom stunk, internet keeps cutting out (no surprise here - they don't want you to say what the place was like) and not worth $150 let alone $350 they charge. Is 2 star if...

Stayed here for three nights for work. Room is dated. Biggest problem was the poor wifi Internet that made sending a simple email a nightmare. Took over 30 mins to connect and reconnect before I could send one email.

We stayed 3 nights over Easter Weekend in the Family room. The room had two rooms with a glass sliding dividing door. The room was well proportioned with high ceilings so it felt roomy. The hotel put in a portocot for us. The kitchenette was handy for having young kids and making early breakfasts and healthy snacks of our own...
