Clean and tidy functional 2 bedroom with lounge and kitchen room. It was close to city centre and Spark arena where we were going to a concert. Not over the top pricing. Booking was exactly what I wanted.

I booked this hotel 7 months in advance as it was part of our NZ holiday and it had great reviews. Closer to staying I noticed some of the reviews were not so good so I wasn't sure what to expect!
I was pleasantly surprised...More

Book room with kitchenette to avoid a very basic breakfast in hotel restaurant. Our beds had innerspring mattresses. Good harbour and city views from rooms with balcony. The sound of the heat pump in our room was not too bad. We would book this hotel...More

The Quality Hotel is probably 2 kilometres from Princes Wharf and is an easy, pleasant walk on a fine day. To get from the airport to the hotel, there are hire cars available at the airport, taxis (though they are expensive unless several passengers are travelling) and Skybus, which leaves the airport every 15 minutes or so, costing about $18 per adult one way. If you are a public transport user, the 380 bus runs every half-hour from the airport terminal to Manukau City, where you can pick up a train if you buy a A T Hop card at Manukau station. The easiest and cheapest way to and from Downtown to the hotel is by taking the 703 bus, which stops just metres from the hotel.
