The rooms are a good size and clean. The decor is old and the building itself dark and outdated. But it's a great location to city and hospitals/medical areas of Hollywood. Beds are comfortable and interconnecting rooms convenient for families.

This Motel is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. Although the rooms are a little dated they are clean. The location makes it the ideal stay if visiting hospitals and it is not far out of the city. Kings Park is directly across the road. The surrounding streets are lined with character homes and it is a nice area...

Room was clean but the air conditioner power was connected to the room ceiling light which was very bright so was unable to sleep with the air conditioner on, The only meal I was able to get was a 350 gram melted frozen chicken chow mein and rice prepacked meal for 15$, (3.5$ retail price in the supermarket) I had...

Very disappointing, grumpy & off-ish Managers, no friendly remarks on arrival or departure. Hugely important to book-in before 7 pm Reception close. Average motel accommodation with rooms on 2nd level, with challenging stairs - not for the elderly ! Proximity to Subiaco Hospitals is good.

Thank you Ross and Jean for looking after me when I had an emergency trip over from Melbourne to Perth to visit my mum in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital . Your guidance and advice made a difficult trip so much easier . An easy 10 minute walk to the hospital or 3 bus stops away, with both bus stops directly...

Stayed at motel due to family member in Sir Charlie Gairdner Hospital. Nice walk to hospital and if stayed late at hospital caught cab, cabbies don't like to take the short trip but I just gave them $10. Rooms basic and that's all I wanted, pillows on bed were great, I slept very well each night, Tv was good quality,...

Good place to stay if you have to visit SCGH. Basic but clean and convenient. Staff always willing to please and a pleasure to do business with. The rooms are basic but have a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Not far to go to Subiaco and many places to eat.

The rooms are basic. They do have microwave kettle and toaster. Everything clean. Even kettles are nice and clean. Loved the shower had alot of pressure. Service was lovely by Ross and staff. Subiaco CBD only 5 minute drive away and very close to SCGH.

On arrival to the hotel we found the receptionist to be rude and abrasive, lacking of warmth and empathy, after having and argument with her, we were finally given our room, only to be confronted with the most horrible noises as they failed to inform us, when we booked that the were renovating the motel. That was unfair I thought.
