Stayed here with hubby to get a good glimpse of Elizabeth quay being finished. The hotel staff were lovely but the room was severely dated. The kitchenette area smelt old like mould and the bathroom was old and dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. We parked out the back and the lift was broken so we...

It should be The Old Esplanade! Upon arrival, i was greeted with a friendly smile and was easy communication. She gave me the key card, told me the room number and had written down another room number. Then i step into one of the two elevators, only to find my floor level button wasn't working. So i was told to...

Wow. We should have read the reviews on this place before booking. Firstly, it costs us $100 for one night which isn't that cheap. The room wasn't even worth $50. There was dust. Paint peeling off the walls, the showers were disgusting. The entire hotel is so dated and old. Staff didn't even crack a smile when we checked in....

This hotel is very tired and desperate for refurbishment. The furnishings are very old and most things ( AC, TV, Windows, etc) don't work properly. The most disappointing is the service quality was very disgraceful - my bed wasn't done properly, they just covered the quilt cover nicely without doing the sheets. I had run out of toiletries as they...

We went for a weekend at The Esplanade based around their Bacon Festival that was being held the same weekend. On arrival our car was in the driveway whilst one of us went in to check in and find out where we could either park our car or arrange valet parking. Whilst waiting for my partner to come back a...

Stayed at the New Esplanade Hotel in Perth and I must say it was a major disappointment. Definitely not new. The carpets are run down, stained, looking old and dusty, the mattress in my room had seen much better days - you could feel the springs through it. The room was clean and the location is ok but really. NEVER...
