15min late into appointment. Soak lasted 5min with no scrub or massage.Awful/limited colour choices.Bad paint job, bad nail shape. I think she is in training but if so why charge full cost? Or the spa was so quiet why wasn’t the other spa lady assisting her/supervising her. Poor thing should be way more supported and trained. Lacking a lot of confidence and it’s not her to blame but the people responsible for her/managing her. Left feeling overcharged and with a very very substandard service and poor result that I need to have redone somewhere else tomorrow. Better off going down the boulevard for $55. Much much better. Just paid $115 for what service I couldn’t tell you.1/5.

Response from Jess T, Guest Services / Front Office at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa
Responded Feb 29, 2024
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. Your comments have been reviewed by spa management and all feedback is taken onboard and shared with the wider team. Following our high standards, a therapist in training would not provide any client treatments. We do always ask our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out paperwork and sit down to relax before taking them through. In the rare occasion that a therapist may be running late, our policy is to discuss with the guest to make sure they will be happy to finish later as we would never shorten a treatment, unless requested to by the guest. Our therapists check back at the end of treatments and at the reception desk on check out to avoid guests leaving unsatisfied with a treatment. This gives us a good opportunity to rectify any issues immediately. Unfortunately, nothing was said to the therapist or the reception staff on this occasion. We hope you will consider booking a treatment with us in the future and please reach out directly to the spa if you would like to discuss anything further with management. Jess – Guest Experience Manager

Excellent customer service, beautiful and clean rooms. Cannot identify any faults at all. We stayed in the adults only section, which was tranquil and perfectly serene. We did wander through the family friendly area which looked like great fun for the little ones. There is also a shuttle bus to and from the airport at a small cost. The shuttle bus to and from town is free. Both are very convenient. Our luggage was brought to our room and collected at the end of our stay. Lots of choices for food and drink, so you don't even need to leave the resort at all. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend.

The resort is quite large with a range of accommodation styles and some rather good restaurants on site. We stayed in one of the mid range rooms and it was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment had a balcony which was great for a cooling ale. We mainly used the main restaurant and bar at the beach end of the resort. Lovely outlook with views across the grqssed area and beach beyond.

We stayed five nights. The location is excellent. You can walk down to the beach and watch the sunset every night. (And camels returning). What makes this the best resort to stay is the amazing staff. Always accomadating no matter what the request. Nothing was too much. The family pool is great for young children (and adults). Our rooms were very comfortablr. Poolside service at Kichi Kichi is excellent. A big thank you to Dee from sunset bar and grill. He made us feel like we were at home. Cannot fault the service or the food. We kept going back.:) Would stay here again.

Amazing weekend for our family of 5. Stayed in a Bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very hot during our stay so we made great use of the family pool and walks along the beach at sunset. Sunset bar and grill was expensive but our meals were great and we all enjoyed them. Coffee from Cichetti Club and poolside lunch was also great (just don’t leave food unattended near the pool or the seagulls will have a feed!)

Spending a night here at the end of our cruise from Darwin was a good decision, although at $595 it didn't seem great value. Our room was a long way from reception (and sometimes we got lost) but was large, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our walk along the beach. Watching the sun set was spectacular, but we wished we'd just had a drink at the bar as the food at the beach-side restaurant isn't great and is expensive. Service, however, was good. The sun sets quickly and afterwards there is nothing to see. If we stayed there again we'd eat all meals at the poolside restaurant where we had breakfast. We recommend a visit to Broome museum which provides an interesting history of the town's development.

Just had my second stay in 2 months . The restaurants were amazing. The service was great. I left a hat behind and had a call from reception to say they would send it out with the next shuttle bus to the airport . Now , that's service. Thanks cable beach club. See you next year.

A wonderful 5 night break from Sydney. Stunning weather, amazing resort, beyond fantastic staff…we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everywhere we ate was superb and again staff were 110%. A great location opposite the beach for our daily swim. Easy shuttle bus to & from the airport (10 mins). Amazing ‘adults only pool’ well away from families & children….you wouldn’t even know they were staying. Our room faced on to this pool and it was the best. Overall, we can’t wait to come back!

The rooms are woefully dated and poorly decorated. Which is a shame because the location and grounds are great and the adult pool especially is a really nice spot to unwind. The restaurants are also very good, and watching the camels coming off Cable Beach as the sun sets is a very uniquely Western Australian experience.
