Recently we spent 3 days at the Aria Service Apartments. We checked in without a hitch and the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions for places to eat and things to do. Our apartment was amazing. Well equipped and clean. The view was the best. The location was good as it is at the back or Crown and...

My wife and I had the luxury of staying 4 nights in one of the studio apartments and were very impressed with the features in the room. The kitchen and laundry in the apartment were a godsend and the architectural layout made a small space feel very spacious by utilising great furniture selection. The only small downside was the construction...

So poor- no hotel lobby or services like other hotels. this place is owned apartments they rent out that are like cheap student accommodation. We hated it. No atmosphere. Very pricey for what you get. they have dirty rooms with tiny bathrooms, very little hot water. Uncomfortable beds like concrete and they leave signs for US to clean the room...

I had reason to stay at the Aria Apartments on two separate occasions during February for work. My employer booked me in and had paid for my accommodation. However, first time I checked in this was not acknowledged at reception and I had to fork out for a night's accommodation (as well as a hefty 'no-parties' deposit of $300). I...

We were on the 37th floor of the Bank apartments next door to Aria and the views were spectacular especially at night. For a studio apartment it seemed quite spacious and beautifully appointed. We had a full width enclosed balcony too. Very happy with the apartment and the service.

Stayed 4 nights. Currently under renovation, nil issues. 1 bedroom apartment, newly renovated, clean, spacious. Good location easy walking to CBD, Southbank, restaurants, trams, Crown Casino. Staff friendly. Not cheap. In room meals provided from external caterer delicious.

Where do I start! Upon arrival our room keys were not available and there was a mad rush to find us another room. Breakfast vouchers weren't ready for us so we had to come back. In the room, shower doors were missing so each time you had a shower the tiny bathroom flooded. There was no effective ventilation in the...

We booked a one bedroom apartment for three nights. First impressions were not good - the reception area was small and pokey; the refurbishment work was noisy there. However, the first impressions belied the pleasant apartment, the efficient lifts, the excellent (and free) wifi and all the facilities we needed for the stay. We normally stay in the CBD and...

Don't book here. The apartments are small and dirty. They have an old aircon unit that rattles all night and the couch smelt really bad. Service was pretty poor, the Eftpos machine in the lobby wasn't working so we had to wait 10min while she tried to fix it. Parking was a block away. We were told it was $14...
