Amazing stay, very fancy but really expensive the rooms are really nice. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a very good location. It is quite near the city. Great service, and delicious food. I had a great time here.

If you’re not interested in gym or pool this is a great place to stay, well located, large clean, well equipped apartment rooms. Minor cons: *Desk not attended 24 hours *No minibar *No paperwork on checkin (I had to ask for eftpos receipt of $200 damages deposit) *Complained twice that staff entered room ignoring the privacy please sign on door *Cheap worn rug at front reception desk doesn’t do the presentation any favours. Tripped over the upturned corner. Overall a good stay.

**LONG POST WARNING! 😂 My mum who lives overseas booked me a hotel stay for my birthday! Was super excited as I’m an events manager who works a lot and was super keen for a break! Travelled 3hrs down to stay here, I had my wallet stolen before hand so called 2 days in advance to organise a cash bond for the room as I know some places don’t accept cash bonds! They told me over the phone which I have a voicemail saved of the staff member telling me that a cash bond was okay! When I arrived for check in the receptionist was super friendly and then I explained to her my situation and that I had already spoken with someone about the cash bond situation. She then was blunt, unsympathetic and on a power trip. I was in tears at the check in desk, I offered $200 in cash PLUS car keys and a passport!! They wouldn’t take anything from me or even attempt to help me in this situation. Coming from a customer experience background I was devastated by how badly I was treated. I had no one else that could secure a card bond. I had to call everyone I knew in the city who were meeting me for dinner to see if anyone could do it for me, then she said I’m happy to cancel your booking and you can find somewhere else to check into that accepts cash bonds! I was dumbfounded by this response I was due to be at the evening function within the hour! This hotel single handedly ruined my night I was shaking with stress and in tears as I had NO WHERE else to sleep! Eventually someone came through for me and helped me out. The second receptionist I dealt with was lovely but that was because there was no issue now I had a card bond! NO WHERE DOES IT SAY ON THE CONFIRMATION THAT YOU NEED A CARD TO CHECK IN!! Got into the room, stunk of cigar smoke. Bathroom wasn’t clean and by this point I had no time to even address it. As I was already late!! The last and final straw was when I went to use the wifi to Skype back home and work after my evening the wifi isn’t connected! The front desk couldn’t help as they wouldn’t take ANY responsibility for my room issue as I was in the apartment block next door WHICH IS STILL THIER HOTEL!!! I am so disgusted in this trip they have well and truely ruined it for me! This was supposed to be a super happy weekend! I will NEVER recommend this hotel for business, leisure or for anything else!! HORRIBLE!!!

We got a fantastic deal for a one bedroom deluxe over Easter. A very comfortable room with nice furnishings. -The room was just as pictured with extras we did not expect, such as full laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron etc) in the room. -Dishwashing liquid, washing powder, tea-towel, pots and pans, hairdryer etc all provided -Small selection of tea and coffee, no hot choc :( -We got two single beds on wheels, so we rolled one into the lounge area which was great for some space while sleeping! Very comfortable beds The hotel was having trouble with wifi in the rooms but guests were able to connect to reception. I really needed it in the room so got a roaming data pack which the management happily refunded me for. The staff were all fabulous, even the lovely cleaning girl we encountered was happy to help us with everything we needed with a beautiful smile on her face. The location is brilliant, you can walk to so many places, DFO shopping, SeaLife Aquarium, Southbank, Crown Casino, tram nearby etc and there a Coles Metro and servo a few metres away Thanks Aria for a fantastic stay, couldn't wish for better! :) NB: If you are taking the SkyBus from the airport, double check their drop off and pick up points, as we were dropped off quite far from where their website stated.

Arrived late and tired to be greeted with a mouldy bathroom. No reception open so phoned the sister apartments nearby. Eventually we were offered different accommodation in the sister apartments. Person who dealt with the issue was pleasant and helpful but I would avoid this place. It was dated and much inferior to other places we stayed in Southbank.
