This is the first time I have stayed at Crown Promenade, shared a beautiful twin room a few days prior to Christmas, received a lovely bottle of champagne & chocolates. This is a beautiful hotel. Concierge were so lovely, they allowed us to check in early.
Would have had a great stay here except for the beds and pillows. They were both too soft and uncomfortable, and the beds sunk in. I asked for a bed board, which did very little to help the situation.
