The hotel has everything you need and nothing more. There is no fridge in the room, no phone. The rooms are extremely small and they could cleaned (dust more than everything) a little bit better. First day we didn't had neither soap in the room. Second day we found the cups we used for tea in the sink half filled...

As an Ibis it's a good one. Your typical set up. Rooms are clean and modern despite being small as you would expect. Good location at the top of Swanston Street with trams at the door. Staff are lovely, especially Siobhan at reception. There is a Thai restaurant downstairs that offers a 10% discount for hotel guests and the food...

Good hotel, nice rooms! Modern but there should definitely have more outlets!!! And there is no fridge in the room which is a hassle really.. But otherwise absolutely great. 20-30 min to walk to city centre. The hotel is outside the free tramlines so you would need to get a "my key" card, if u don't wanna walk.

Don't expect much, the double room is really small and make you think you are in Hong Kong. The room does not even have a closet to hand your coats or clothes. Its just hanging hooks outside and next to the bath room door. bathroom is clean and comfortable size for a shower. Location is good, walking distance to the...

Not bad for a quick weekend away, really close to Vic Markets, RMIT and Flagstaff Gardens but a bit of a hike into Fed Square and the Casino. Rooms overall were ok but on the smaller side. I was travelling with a friend so with two small suitcases and two twin beds we didn't have much more space to spare....

Stayed one night (several rooms) in high summer - good value for this location close to Melbourne. Trams on the doorstep (ok 150m) directly into the main bits of the city, but this location is two stops outside the "free tram zone". Modern, recent refurb rooms, furniture, bathrooms, etc. all very good value for the standard rates offered. Hotel staff...

Great staff. Just a couple of concerns. One pair of pillows for a double bed and secondly no fridge in room. Every morning I had to go to reception to retrieve my insulin from the fridge at reception. ( I was in room 402) a slight hassle but nothing to major. Overall the hotel is very fuctional for our short...

The hotel is situated 5 minutes away from Melbourn Central, the room is small in size but packed with all amenities, also very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The team is very helpful and friendly, there is a shared facility for laundry and pressing available for guest's use. The bar and breakfast place are also located in the...

My partner and I stayed here in December as a two-night stop over. The staff were great, very helpful and willing to point us in the right direction as we're not familiar with Melbourne. Marked up a map with the key spots in the CBD, good food and bars etc. The room was very cheap, and very basic, but clean...

The Rooms are some what very small, very little space for baggage. The bathroom is the same small but a bonus the shower recess is very roomy with a decent size shower rose. The bed was so comfortable it really makes up for the disappointingly small room, but thats the point you don't spend all day in the room. Staff...
