Don’t stay here!!! Should have read the review here before booking I booked it on Air B snd B where it had glowing reviews Specially asked did it have a car park as I’d be in a hurry and didn’t want to fluff around trying to find one. Get there and of course no parking. It’s like parking in someone’s back yard. I quickly pull into a park between 2 other cars where it says it’s for disabled. God knows how a disabled person would manage. Quickly race in snd explain, yes that’s fine she says. Go to my room, see a couple of dodgy looking characters around. Room looks okay till I see the shower has not been cleaned at all and there is a half used shampoo bottle Bring a cleaner snd it’s times of COVID, I get out my wipes and clean Go downstairs to get a taxi and there’s a man complaining how he’s boxed in by a car and he’s getting it towed. It’s my car!!!! I then had to go out in Friday night traffic and they found a park for me Come home that night to noise all night amd dogs barking. And that’s when I read a review on here... I lay awake all night amd left at 6am On further investigation and calls to the Police I find out that this hotel during COVID is used to house homeless and drug affected people. Nothing wrong with that at all, but you shouldn’t be taking guests who pay at the same time. I was solo snd scared I bought this up with the Manager, who said we don’t discriminate, we take all types. I bought this up with Air B snd B, no help So I then go to Choice hotels. She was nice.... and said she was sorry and it was the end of Covid and wouldn’t happen anymore. But here’s a voucher for another time to keep you quiet. Of course nothing ever came!! Lesson learnt, cheap is not always best. Pay the extra to stay somewhere safe snd where you can sleep!!

I had a medical soon in melb and was recommended this motel . I called and booked direct 2 weeks prior. Lady on phone said no need to send confirmation. She took all my details including my card number. We live 3 hours away so I called to confirm on the day on our way. Same lady answered and told me she had no recollection of my previous calls and wanted now to charge me double. I tried to explain and was going up on twice. Do not guarantee anything with this place. Quite dodgy

Absolutely disgusted! We arrived to what my partner was told an “upgrade”, he had booked a superior king room and the upgrade was a room with two queen beds! When we requested what we had originally booked and paid for, we were told it was best for us to get a refund as there was no other rooms available. The lady at reception, Maxine, who was the owner, spoke rudely and treated us as if we were in the wrong and tried to entice us to leave. We had travelled and had nowhere else to stay otherwise would have accepted the refund and left. We were given the original room the second night. Upon checking out we spoke to the manager who was lovely. I requested a partial refund and he suggested contacting booking.com which is who we booked through. We have done this and will hopefully receive a partial refund. However this has ruined our weekend, having to change rooms the second morning and not feeling comfortable staying in the original room. Mason the other owner was there upon checking out, he yelled at us and said we were “unbelievable”. He continued to yell and I told him it was unacceptable to speak to us the way he was. I would NOT recommend staying here! We were treated with such disrespect from the owners who were not willing to listen to us. We were not asking for anything for free, just what we paid for.

Booked for one night. Although the location worked for me, my room was next to the car park and so there were early morning departing car noises. The room was rather grey in decor and the king bed was two joint single beds. I couldn't find an information sheet on services provided although there was a little-used cafe near the hotel entrance. The front desk reception staff service- there seemed to be an unconscious bias in favour of guests staying long term. Would I stay there again- No.

The room was shocking. Our view was an alley where people frequented. Power point next to the bed pulled off the wall when I removed my charger. Graffiti dug into the wall. Holes in the walls. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Dirty bed cover. Dirty air conditioner. Stained furniture. Cracked hand vanity wash bowl. Missing light. Couldn’t sit on toilet properly as the vanity was in the way. Room door is stained with something. I will say the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is tight and limited in the rear.
