Stayed in the Seasons for 4 nights last week on a business trip, based on a recommendation, and I have to say that recommendation was spot on. The reception staff I dealt with were attentive, helpful and friendly (indeed offering to hold on to food I had delivered while I ran to the shop!) and the apartment itself was fantastic.... More

There were 5 people in a two bedroom apartment. The king bed and queen beds were excellent, but the pull-out bed was terrible. You could feel the springs through the sheets and it was very uncomfortable - couldn't sleep and we really should have reported it after the first night. I think even for a child, it would have been... More

Staff were excellent, and so helpful. I would highly recommend Seasons Botanic Gardens. The spa was nice too...pity our baby son didn't like it!!!!! The room was lovely with a great view! The only thing which was a bit disappointing was the in room breakfast. For the price it was pretty average.

Very nice hotel in a lovely location, over looking the botanic gardens. Room was very clean and well presented, having a kitchen made business trip more relaxed. The only suggestion I would have is either free Wi-Fi or cheaper, $10 per day is probably a bit much.

A great place to stay away from home within reach of the CBD 15 Min walk and the MCG 25 Min walk. self contained and all the bells and whistles. Having to pay for WIFI these days is a bit rich but unfortunately most Melb hotels are the same. There is a pool, spa, sauna which would be great for... More

Hotel has all the amenities a business traveller needs. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. Bathroom amenities are good. Staff we're friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. My only negative is the level of housekeeping. I stayed a week and my sheets were not changed, the room was not vacuumed and the tea and... More

We have stayed here three times now and specifically chose it for the 'heated pool and spa'. It was needed after some intense sporting activity and we were relying on it for recovery and further competition the next day. Every stay, the pool was freezing I estimate around 23 C and spa was slightly warmer, but you were getting chilled... More

This place was in a good spot - staff were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER - the cleaning was blecchhhh. Black on grout on bathroom tiles, crumbs in kitchen from whoever was there previously, highly suspicious brown detritus on toilet seat, surfaces not clean. Lounge was adequate at best - stiff, uncomfortable couch and industrial quality carpet and furnishings. Even in... More

Perfectly situated for a for Melbourne visit for business or leisure, especially for Arts and Culture Lovers. We love this place opposite the Shrine of Remembrance in the Botanic Gardens. Great for a morning walk in the gardens, close enough to walk to the NGV and Arts Centre, Southgate Restaurant Precinct, Flinders Station or into the central city itself. There... More

Reception staff were very helpful & friendly & a good location. Beds were a bit hard & lounge not comfortable but this is subjective. Good hotel for business travelers who do not need to be in the city. IGA located very close plus tram stop, so very convenient.
