Hotel is close to the CBD (15 min walk). Our one bedroom apartment room was fully equiped and clean up every day. There are a spacious gymnasium and a large swimming pool in the hotel. We enjoy the breakfast in the cafe.

Good size bedrooms with living rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very good location at the centre of the CBD, close to everything. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean. The lobby is immaculate. I would definitely come back

Perfectly placed within walking distance of most of Melbourne's central attractions this was our base for the time we spent in the city. It was both very spacious and surprisingly good value for such a well placed location and the staff were attentive, flexible and friendly. If you have little or not so little Herbert's in tow it is ideal.... More

We booked a one bedroom apartment, and the apartment was in a great location. It was very spacious and spotless. However we paid top dollar for the room considering there was no view and it was very dark. In future I would look at comparisons with other hotels.

My Boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for one night and found the hotel staff very accomidating and friendly. We were also surprised how central the hotel was and the value for money with the room. It was spacious and quite nice. The price seemed very reasonable. We will definelty stay there again.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
