Now, I've read a lot of harsh reviews for this place... but I think the hotel is nothing less than it says it is. Service was friendly, location is good and the room and amenities are commensurate with the star rating and cost. Free parking and wifi is great, you'd not get that at a five star venue. I'd only...

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was disgusting, smelt musty, no soap in bathroom, pillows were flat as pancakes. Not something we would stay in again. Plus side was that the staff were friendly.

This is an older hotel that could with a few touch ups but for the price you pay it's excellent value for money. I found my room to be clean, well presented and the bed very comfortable. Firm but comfortable. Not super hard and old enough to feel the springs, you could tell it had been recently updated. Great facilities....

I was wondering about the very different reviews about this hotel. The answer is simply that the hotel is only half refurbished. I ended up in one of the old rooms in the lower floors in the beginning and these rooms are simply disgusting! The room service tries their best to keep the inhabitable, but that is mission impossible. The...

Room 352 I have just returned from staying two nights in this room, my mother for one night. I just wish to make some feedback, of which I left at reception when I checked out early this morning around 6am. For an accessible room, my mother found it challenging using her walking frame around the room sometime including in the...

Spacious room with all facilities. No balconies. Has a pool and Jacuzzi and gym all surrounded by high rise car parking. Breakfast had a reasonable selection but not great. Staff were very attentive. Dinner was okay but bar closed at 11 pm although pool was opened until 10.30 pm. A good 45 min walk to St Kilda beach which is...

Loved this hotel! Booked the night before when plans fell through and got a great price and a great view of the park for no extra cost! Neat, tidy and close to st kilda and restaurants so you don't need to go far for a good time. Will stay again when I visit Melbourne

This is a well priced hotel, but has a couple of major flaws. Firstly, reception is painfully slow. Often only one person on duty. They always ask for photo ID but no one knows why. No other hotel in Melbourne does this. Annoyingly, reception staff answer the phone while serving you. Very unprofessional. Also, the gym is a joke. Broken...
