Had an overnight with a large group. The hotel handled the large group well and provided good service including a good meal which catered to a variety of tastes. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel feels a little dated but well kept. The gym was fairly well appointed though was missing my preferred elliptical trainer.

Stayed here last night for business as I have early meetings nearby. The tired old room is small and dated. The bed seems to be on a lean or the mattress worn on one side. There is no available power outlet to charge a phone anywhere near the bed. The view I have is of a concrete car park. I...

I stayed here last week for work as I was attending a conference at the Pullman on Albert Park a short distance away. On checking in at about 945pm I asked to confirm my breakfast inclusion with the person at reception. I was informed when booked that I had it included, only to be told that 'no breakfast is not...

Within walking distance to the City, Albert Park or St Kilda, this hotel is value for money. It is in need of an upgrade but with that so would the upgrade in cost. We had a two night stay and it suited our needs perfectly. I'd go there again but to have that special night or two with that special...

This is a very basic, budget hotel, not sure how it is rated 4 stars! It is ok if you are desperate for a bed only, the room was clean and bed comfortable but that is about it for positives. Old, tired and desperately in need of attention, I will not be staying here again.

If you want a cheaper option than the inner city hotel and a view of Albert park lake -and only for a few nights it's ok- you don't have to walk that far to get to a tram on St Kilda Rd to go into the city or St Kilda - I was meeting friends at Crown - it was...

Had to stay for a conference. Unless you want to be in Albert Park or close-ish to St KILDA I can't imagine why you'd stay here. It is cheap so if you had a car it's fine. It's also, close to a tram stop. Perhaps 15 -20 mins by tram to Franklin Street st and the CBD. It was clean...

Stayed at Bayview on the park this time as the acco options were all booked in parkview. Overall hotel is decent . Corridors outside the rooms seemed old and slightly smelly however room was good .I must admit was pleasantly surprised after seeing the corridors and the entrance . Checkin times @3 pm doesn't help. Recep kept saying that room...

For a very good price we got a fantastic breakfast and good service. The hotel has seen better days, however it's clean. We didn't have time to try the bar... Location feels a bit off at first, however it's is nicely located in-between St Kilda and city center. Buying a Myki card for the trams is recommended.

Stayed one night only. It was a very clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable. It had a nice view of Albert Park Lake. Pool was dated and didn't look very inviting. The inside of the hotel was also probably in need of a spruce up, but still ok. Close to tram to city. Close to eateries...just a short walk.
